Same problem aa raha hye. Bharose pye liya tha nokia, lekin worst quality of phones. Service centre wale to bakwaas hye. Not cooperative. Don't purchase nokia.👎

Hi, my phone is Nokia 5.1 Plus, the problem is that it charges when it is off. But it does not turn off when it is off.

The same repair work done for my Nokia 5.1 plus. But after that it is taking 3 times more charging time than original. What should I do?
While repairing they disconnected the Finger Print Sensor but didn't connect it back. When I asked about it.. they said it is hard to fix the Back Cover 2nd time, so use the phone without FP Sensor until it needs another repair. Is it true?

@@anirbangoswami That repair work was done in Vizag. Later I went to a cell shop in our town. They told me that the Port was not better quality one and the FP censor was actually damaged in previous repair. They replaced the Port and tried to order for FP censor online but they couldn't find it. One month back again the Port stopped working and the phone went into coma. So, I bought another Mobile.
