SIMPLY REMOVE THE BACK, REMOVE THE SMALL CHARGE PORT DAUGHTER BOARD!!!

I would love to know how this can be done as everything screws into the back... I think you're very mistaken and not really meaning the 7 plus.

There are two versions of the Nokia 7 Plus. The 7.1 has a glass back that can be removed. The 7 Plus shown here has an aluminium shell where the back and sides are all one piece, everything must be accessed through the front by taking the screen off. A lot of videos and guides online show how to dismantle a glass back Nokia 7.1
They have different part numbers (TA-1055 in this case) but a very similar name, and often get misnamed online.

I so need mine repaired. Once it's been changed will it last longer? And how much is too much to have it repaired. I would do this myself by following this video. Not sure if it would work though. It's been in my draw for a few years.( got it when it was new and after a year it wouldn't charge). I have all my photos on it. And it won't switch on either.
