Summertime Trout Spey and Hopper Fishing in Montana

- It's summer and the days are long. I met up with my friend Braeden for an early morning of swinging flies on the trout spey, then an afternoon of casting hoppers at undercut banks. Sometimes the fishing is lights out, other times, I grind it out for a few to hand. We had no choice but to fish hard and it paid off.

Another great video with some hopper action! Thanks for putting these out. Floated and fished the Bear Trap recently, streamer fishing was on and consistent from morning to evening. Didn't matter what color, brown, olive or white. The white water keeps many people away, only one other raft all day. So much structure for streamer fishing.
Trout spey is so fun! Been having a great time learning it and trying to figure out how to keep fish hooked. Always love your videos.
