7 Small acts for self improvement 1. Tell Jesus how much you love him/ Be grateful of the blood of Jesus 2. Avoid talking about other people 3. Water Fast (atleast once a month_ beneficial both spiritually & physically) 4. Learn when to stop 5. Facing your fears ( write down your fears & overcome them) 6. Take time to rest (Job 33:15) 7. Bounce back ( never stop trying/ continue to bounce back).... (proverb 24:16_ when calamity falls, you will always rise again, you will always bounce back) The righteous will fall 7 times but will always bounce back, only the wicked will fall.

🥳 happy birthday once again..please pray for me… yesterday I finished my 3 day fasting because of a bad dream I had… in this 3 days the enemy was trying but God was covering me, saving me from his evil acts.. but he never stopped prowling around me. When I finished the fast that evening, 😭he found and opening, my mother quarreled me over a little minor thing, and everything got out of hand as I defended myself 😭😭😭instead of letting God take control. Please pray for me to accept the things I cannot change and change those that I can, and lean to God by action and not words only😭😭.to learn to forgive and know that Gods love is sufficient for me despite any rejection 😭😭🙏🏽
Let me tell u this the fasting worked the enemy is up st that's why it seems as if everything your are wrong,no fast go in vain God hear your prayers and the enemy is defeated.
