I have lived around 10 years in both cities. While Dubai is indeed nice and keep evolving, Kuala Lumpur wins in most aspects. The greenery, the big diversity in culture and cuisine , the affordable luxury, the reasonable prices, the kind and humble people, the much less hot weather compared to Dubai, the accessibility to tropical jungles and beaches, and so on, make KL wins.

Been to both. Malaysia hands down. Not comparable at all. For me at least; I really didn't like seeing sand when I go outside. I much prefer greenery & nature. It feels like a dystopia being in Dubai. Also the travel opportunities are much greater being in the heart of Asia. Food is a tie for me. Can't go wrong in both places. Also internet censorship in Dubai is wild. I much prefer uncensored internet.

Great video. Our family decided to split the year between Dubai and Malaysia mainly due to the weather.
    April-November = Malaysia
    November to April = Dubai
This seems to be the best set up. Less hot days in Dubai and less rainy days in Malaysia (can’t escape the KL humidity though, doesn’t go down a lot)

The future is here in Malaysia centre of South East Asia. The next 10-20 years will be centered in this part of the world

Thanks for another great video. I’ve been in Tokyo for over 22 years after 12 years in Switzerland, France and Germany. Born and raised in the US, I can say I made the right decisions at the right times, but it seems to be a lifelong challenge. Now 51, seeing what’s going on in the ME makes me feel 20 years younger and I’m ready to jump in for the adventure there. Let me know if you’re ever in Tokyo.

Dubai, KL, now which city is better for you. It all depends on what's on your checklist. Both are amazing cities, one with a sense of luxury, and the other one is so affordable.

      @Yasin_Affandi 3 หลายเดือนก่อน +5

First things first, fair assessment on both cities. Now, KL is boring for you, I've heard it in your video vs Bangkok, in this video vs Dubai. In my honest opinion, boring is a contemporary state of mind or how you perceive your surroundings, it belongs to your mental capacity and expectations, not a place, not a city, not a country. I've been to Bangkok just for a few days holiday, and I think I won't visit it again. Have not been to Dubai, just a stopover at the airport. KL, by far, is the No. 1 city for me in the world, not boring at all. Wanting an opportunity to work and live in Western Europe, but that's totally another conducive environment that is just my expectations to broaden my horizon.

This video is based on outdated information about the Malaysian MM2H. The requirements of the MM2H were changed last year, its now for people of age 25 and above and the financial requirements of having a certain monthly income have been changed to buying a property and deposit money in a malay bank.

Dubai IS in (West) Asia! The “Middle East” is a colonial term for Western Asia. If you’re an experienced traveller then you should know that Istanbul is where Asia (not the “Middle East”) meets Europe!

The Middle East is a region encompassing West Asia & North Africa. There are 7 continents on the earth’s surface - Asia, Africa, Australia, Antarctica, Europe, North America & South America. No such continent called “the Middle East “! Remember the Olympic 5 rings represent the populated continents of the earth - Asia, Europe, Africa, Australia & The Americas (combined) !

Temptation will be everywhere. Even in you dreams. If you are single/ married..
      We all have our boundaries.
It depends on how strong you are, Spiritually, Mentally, trusting your intuition. Malaysia is GREAT for you whereas Dubai may be great for others including more heat.
Go where YOU feel you must be better off. It's OKAY to have options and change your plans.
When you KNOW YOURSELF and life calling then you know your mission/ souls purpose.

Obviously budget wise Malaysia is affordable in tern of living expenses and tuition fess. But standard of education and part time work accessibility also matter. And after this degree I have to plan for business, So please give your opinion regarding my query thanks ❤@@tuomaskiv

@@bbbadbathbed lol...better than western cities with high crime, expensive cost of living, dirty, full of homeless people, filled with whores and male prostitutes with high rate of divorce, single parenthood, abortion. Heck westerners cant even explain on what is a woman. Bunch of idiots westerners. Dubai or KL wins any day against any western cities.

R u insane? I lived in Dubai for 6 years the food isn't good. The middle eastern cuisine yes but it lacks diversity. Malaysia hands down in food and diversity. Many places you go in Dubai is overpriced and bad
