We learned so much on our trip to Israel from you and are so excited now to have your videos to help reinforce and remind us of what we learned. Karen Gore

Very nice video. My guess is the outer seats were for women and children.

One of the best videos of an archaeological find and explanation that I have seen! Thank you for the aerial pictures of the land and drawing in closer and using the pointer to show where you are talking about. Most videos talks just show a one coloured map with black dots and a photo scene with no pointer and I'm left wandering and confused. Also thank you for the distant and close-up photos of the remains and using the pointer to illustrate. The scripture verses on screen were also very useful. The programme really made the Lord's possible presence there and Mary Magdalena very real. Thank you.
Just one question: where would the women have stood or sat? Weren't they separated in case they were menstruating? They were regarded as ceremonially unclean weren't they? In such a small synagogue it would have been difficult for them.

How many times have humans had to dig to find cities. So much history has been buried in a relatively short time
