- How to cook a vegan plant based vegetable winter crumble with this easy vegan recipe for those on a plant based diet. Ingredients includes:
1 Red or Brown Onion
1 Broccoli
1 Cauliflower
2 Carrots
2 Celery Sticks
1 Tablespoon of dried parsley or 1 tablespoon of fresh parsley
2 Tablespoons of cornflour or plain flour
1 Vegetable stock cube
Crumble ingredients are 2 cups of plain flour, 2 Tablespoons of vegan butter or margarine, 1 cup of oats and 2 cups of chopped walnuts.

I really wanted to watch this recipe as it looked great, but the sound was so unclear and the long pauses were incredibly irritating. Hopefully it's just teething problems!

I don't agree that the video quality is good because viewers are dropping off at 46 seconds ( this is evidence that the video isn't good quality)which means I am not getting enough watch time. Another comment mentioned that the audio isn't clear and there's too many long pauses so I need to improve the sound and avoid the long pauses.
