Honestly I feel like owner trainers feel like their dogs have to be perfect because if their not they're concidered fake. However on the flip side program dogs are often less trained and more reactive because they can put the program vest on and everything is "good" with minimal training. I feel like if that dog had an amazon vest on it would have been called fake, its the sad reality of things. The program dog shouldn't have been in public at that level of training.
