Sorry for the long-delayed reply! Rather than being a specific type of dance, “So ben mi ch’ha bon tempo” has its own special choreography in Cesare Negri’s _Le gratie d’amore_, where it’s labeled as a balletto (though that term refers to the poetic form rsrher than the dance).
