Everything was Gr8 back in the 90's; real music, real beauties, cool fashion and fabulous after parties. I do consider myself quite lucky being a part of this industry therefore being able to enjoy these precious moments.
male models are the corniest bunch of homo sapiens. i disagree with comments that male models too are better way back. i feel like some male models nowadays are more interesting, intellectual, and have more substance. these male models back then sound like the true stereotypes of zoolander. whereas today there are male models who are musicians, photographers, writers, engineers, and even doctors and philosophy lecturer.
But be fair, nowadays we can stay connected during travels and have our social media and news always available. Some of these fellas wasted time modeling not learning and i can only imagine the work agents put in to keep these models being dumb money cows
Your view is the odd one out because it’s very odd. Would you say the same supermodels like Kate Moss, Naomi Campbell ? It’s called modelling and maybe you don’t realise models are chosen for their physical attributes, they aren’t meant to be nuclear physicists, marine biologists or doctors. Jeez!
