    Look delicious and I will save this video to rewatch when I get around to making them.
    You probably already know this but in case someone doesn’t here’s a couple tips, with your palm rub flour all around directly onto your rolling pin and hold the edge of the parchment paper pulling it with the baking goods away from the baking sheet onto the cooling rack together, once on the cooling tray continue to gently pull the parchment paper out from under the baked goods slowly with one hand while adjusting crackers or cookies to lay flat with the other hand. It works best if the cooling tray is the same size or larger than the baking sheet. Watched my Mum do it (she’s 103 in February), hopefully I explained it well enough. Take care.

      Wow! Such a great suggestion thank you so much for that tip, it seems so obvious now that you say it but it never crossed my mind! Really appreciate you sharing your mom’s tricks with the community! 😊

    Loved your video! Inspired me to make my sourdough waste cheese crackers! I use a pizza cutter or pastry wheel to cut them after rolling between 2 sheets of parchment paper. Then I just break apart when they are done!!! I agree with you-better than store bought!!

    Homemade cheez-its?? Never been a fan of cheez-its because of the processing but these look absolutely amazing! How awesome would these be with chili! I’m trying this out for sure! I don’t have a processor so it’s going to be interesting! 🤣

      Totally agree with you so many unnecessary added ingredients! They are wonderful and that sounds absolutely incredible!!! Thanks for the awesome idea! 😊
      I think it will be doable without a food processor you will just get a little workout in along with your cheez-it’s 😊

      @TheWyomingHomestead  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Thank you! I hope you love them! I haven’t tried them with almond or coconut flour but I don’t see why not! Since they don’t need to rise or anything I don’t think it would make a difference! If you try it please let us know how it works! 😊

    Where are your recipes?

    • @TheWyomingHomestead
      @TheWyomingHomestead  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Here is the recipe. I am currently working on a website to host everything for the future 🙂
      8 oz shredded cheese (I used Colby jack)
      1 cup gluten free or all purpose flour
      4 T cold salted butter cut into small cubes
      1/2 t salt
      1/2 dry mustard
      2 T water
      Mix all ingredients but the water in a food processor. Once combined, all in your water 1 T at a time. Once a dough forms, form the dough into a ball and wrap the dough in plastic wrap and put in the fridge for at lease 30 minutes. Then roll the dough out to 1/8 thickness, cut into the desired shape and and bake at parchment lined cookie sheet at 350 degrees F for 17-23 minutes.
