I can confirm, it's a one of the best saunas I have been too. Spotlessly clean, a nice little coffee shop too if you want to take a break. It has a big Spa atmosphere.

What you said is all true. May be the best sauna in Europe. I've been there many times. Unfortunately, a little bit expensive but perfection has a price too. Go for it, highly recommanded.

So the hot sauna is really cool and the ice tap is really hot? LOL 😂😁. Sounds like a great place. The best German Sauna in the 1990's was Theo's Sauna in Wupertal. It no longer exists sadly.

I was very interested to hear that you have recently visited saunas in Bangkok. Pre- Military coup Bangkok with its saunas was a paradise but once the military government staged a coup around 2015 everything changed for the worse. Then the Covid - 19 pandemic was the coup de gracê for saunas. The famous Babylon was put up for sale and does no longer exist. So please give us a tip if there is any place worthwhile to visit nowadays.

This is the saddest information I have heard today. The Babylon bathhouse was a destination for Americans and Australians as well. The rooms were inexpensive and they served their guests a nice Thai breakfast every morning. R I P Babylon bathhouse.

Can you give advice about Köln?
I preferred „Badehaus“. Have been there to pride last year. Of course it was very crowded. Phoenix was a bit boring when I visited in February. But some guys told me it‘s maybe because it was one week after carnival when every body is recovering from it. I‘ll try the saunas in cologne again very soon. :)

Hi Rob loved the vid ...infact I found your folow up vid 1st! Im a new subscriber from the UK , i wouldn't class myself as well traveled as in gay spots around europe or the world for that matter , In fact most of my holidays / vacations have been on cruises (so never much chance to sample the gay orientated delights of the places i have visited) I'm glad to hear they have hygene stations at the boiler ...here in the UK thats a thing that seems to be lacking in most if not all gay saunas ( Infact UK gay saunas seem to bee stuck in the 70s or 80s even the plush modern ones dont have that personal hygene station ! )
Also made me laugh but you were spot on with the Aburgine comment best way to say it without YT blocking the vid ect. I have never been over to germany YET but would love too at some point ( with the cruises i have been to carribean , the med ..so southern france, italy etc and the canaries but as i said only ther for so long in the day before you have to get back onboard ship so options of exploring the gay scene there was limited)
I did do Prague though 3 times and love the place but a lot of the bars and clubs were filled with ...well shall we say twinks etc that were looking for buissness ..thats NOT my scene lol but in Prague there are a couple of great clubs that have other things attached (you get my drift ) Drakes in prague is great if you go at the right time ...i never did gay saunas in Prague maybe i should of done!
The only drawback i found with Prague was on the gay scene as in clubs / pubs (prob not helped by the brits going over there cheap booze for stag and hen parties ) was i noticed over the 3 visits prices went up in gay or stright places , resturants etc ...Also they gays commounity want as friendly to us once they found out we were brits .....I know Brits / uk folk have a bad rep abroad but thats mainley down to the straight brits abroad set and hen and stag parties! ...that is just my view though i may be comletely wrong!

Berlin is Europe's city for gays who still like simplicity, then yes there are gay clones in Berlin who dress think alike, but you also have plenty of male gays although in PARIS, PARIS is over, many French gays are looking for work in hotels BERLIN TO come and settle there but do not know how to do so.

I hate those flat slipper they have, I guess I have to wear flip flops ( not very sexy, ) I would prefer low thick sexy socks & low work boots or clean NiKe Sneaks. I have a lot of fetishes.I like older men, hairy & w/ bellys. I always wear a Bike Jock & in New Action or Scheune I am leathered & wear my harness. I´m not still sure what are the most busy day and hours. I know Sunday 16 - 22 is still the most busy day and hours. But what others?

Ich wollte heute mal wieder in den Boiler. Wir fahren meistens Samstags hin, so etwa ein mal im Monat.
Heute war es leider, wegen Ostern, so voll, das über 100 Leute noch auf Einlass warteten. Und das um 16 Uhr.
Na mal sehen, wann ich wieder die Zeit dafür finde.
Wow! Ja, dass war Ostersonntag zu erwarten. Dann ist der Boiler schlichtweg voll-ausgelastet.

The challenge was how to get to the sauna, and then on how to return home at 3am. There is a metro stop close by and a short walk guided by Google maps, however the metro, as I remember it, doesn’t run 24/7. I went by bike during the day to check out the trip, then cycled back to the sauna area around midnight. The ride might seem a bit sketchy at those hours but totally ok.
Cycling is always a good choice in Berlin. During the weekends the metro also drives 24 hours. Weekdays not.
Rob any advice to me planning to visit Germany to meet someone if it is safe or any idea where the best place to visit or even dating site for looking partner in Germany. Thanks

Hey! You can bring your mobile phone and leave it in the locker! It‘s as safe as every gym locker. Never had problems with it. You can pay by creditcard or cash. When u book a massage or get some food/ drinks it will be charged on your bracelet and u pay when u leave.

dont .like saunas, at least Granada (where i live) sauna: dark, i cannot distingish the eyes of other men, and some men are not very clean or polite
You don't have to love these places but the boiler is completely different than this sauna in Granada.
@@insiderobmy. Friend and I were at a pool party at a local pool club and fresh out of the pool and behind the locker rooms there was a laundry area with these big machines my friend and I were tossed into a large dryer and they turned it on and we were stripped of our towels as we tumbled around.
We were in for only a minute or too

Either weekdays or on the weekend. I mostly feel like visiting in the night, but really don't know if it's worth, haha.
heyhey! I think it completely depends... Weekdays after midnight could be bit empty. But I dint try. When I was going on monday or tuesday around 18:00 until 0:00 it was not very busy. But you can get a cheaper Latenightticket (18,--) from 22:00. I think at the weekends it nealy doesnt matter which time you go. You'll have fun. And yes.. also in the weekdays only one match is enough to have a good time. :)
