Adding on to this, your empathy shines through. My experience is somewhat different, with synesthesia. I can only imagine what you're going through. You should be immensely proud of yourself.
Missed your live streaming ... again. Thanks for your openness. Matt Phillips does a lot with fasting & ketogenic diet, there's a great video on yt called "Metabolic therapy in glioblastoma: Ancestral strategies | Dr Matthew Phillips | FOM23"
Thank you for your contribution from both a scientific and methodology point of view. I am strongly convinced that we cannot have one without the other, and that you and others are using at the best the internet to shorten the historical times of better practice and better knowledge to assert as existing. I think we are many choosing knowledge on marketing and charlatan path. Best wishes for aphasia and dysphasia 💪🏻💪🏻💪🏻
You and I share many of the same difficulties. I too was having aphasia recently; nutrition definitely seems to play a role. I’m convinced it’s vagus nerve issue-perhaps due to how we handle illness. The brain tumor has only revealed it moreso now. I am going to try vagus nerve devices such as Pulsetto to see if I can strengthen or add resiliency.
Sorry to hear you're in the same boat, but it's great you're being so proactive. I had considered Pulsetto and would love to hear how you get on with it. I hope you share your experiences and that it benefits you.
Just one thing for vagus nerve: callisthenics could involve a not functional effort of diaphragm and thoracic segment and could have a not favourable effect for balanced sympathetic/parasympathetic and vagus nerve natural ways of being stimulated. - I am a voice teacher specialised in general musculoskeletal system contributions to voice quality, limits, functionality and production. I am the first so you would not find on the argument a lot, still it is really a thing and modern biomechanics are giving tools to clarify the precise mechanisms - I said could because it can actually be just the gut as you think. Best wishes again
All your sharing is so incredibly helpful. Thank you. I aim to be as expressive. You are one of my heroes. I'm "not normal" either, I get it.
This is an amazing testimony, again. The fasting feeling can be crazy addictive. It's a hard balance but I hope you find it

@@carnivore-muscle thanks Jonathan, I really appreciate it.

During the fasting do you drink water?
