The beast is done and it turned out amazing! In this video, we finalize the build with a ProTuningFreaks BootMod3 Stage 2H Turbo OTS flash tune to maximize all of the mods on this beautiful F80 M3!

Has this car had the CRANK HUB issue addressed or no not yet
I am flashing the same tune Stage 2H on my M4 tomorrow🤩 My upgraded turbos are pretty similar to Pure Stage2 turbos. They are called LM820 PNP.

Roman Lorek...definitely go for the M3. We have both, a 335i M Sport and the F80. The M3 is the real deal. Totally different car.

Kies Motorsports .... I'd like to add that if we have to choose which car to take on a road trip, my wife and daughter always choose the 335. It's definitely smoother and more user friendly on long cruises.

If you replace the turbo on BMW N55 engine will the new turbo cause turbo lag or does that also feel the same as stock?
If you get an upgraded turbo, it will have some lag. If you get the stock turbo, it’ll feel exactly the same.

Can you reflash to stock and lock the dme and still be fine?
Did he upgrade his crank hub? If i'm planning to go stage 1 or stage 2, should i worry about the s55 crankhub issue?
I've had a stage 1 and stage VF tune since around 24,000miles... never did the e85 tune , has aggressive timing settings that I think stresses the timing gear ... presently have 75,000miles not one check engine light or limp mode etc.... simply flawless performance , car is super fast and reliable

Do you have to upgrade the clutch and fuel system when upgrading turbos?
No you don't on pump gas tunes IMHO. I have Pure S2, Akra DPs, and BM3 custom tune by Cary Jordan on my DCT car. On a stock pump map you should be 570-600+rwhp depending on car, wheel weight, dyno, etc. and that has been fine for me so far with the stock clutch. Fuel system is fine however putting a fuel-it in or similar may allow you to custom tune higher. Mine is stock fuel. On meth/e85/race 109 fuel, you could be 670-700+ and then, yeah, maybe your DCT clutch will have issues. If you have a stick shift, I think that clutch can handle the 670+ range but not sure. Pure turbos, DPs and BM3 are the trinity.

Turbo upgrade and only make 700 whp?! I love m3 more than most I’ve owned 3 of them and my wife drives the f80 m3 daily . With that being said it’s definitely no hate , in my opinion it should make more power with a turbo upgrade? And it should reach 700 with all supporting mods plus meth or e85 no?
What sort of power is it at that spec please? Mine is stage 2+ but with wide rear tyres and was looking at pure turbos next :)
BRIAN if i want to get the gts map and downpipes do i need to change the crank hub? or is it an immediat fix that needs to happen. i just whant a bit more power and loader exhust. i will get the crank hub fixed but is it safe to run without it for just this summer?

M3 now takes 5w-30 standard oil per bmw. so just get the pennzoil euro formula for oil $10/5qt :D

How much more boost is the Stage 2H map pushing verses the regular Stage 2? Do you think stock turbos can handle the 2H tune? I keep getting mixed reviews from people
Why would you want a stage 2 Tune with stock turbos? You'd obviously want to upgrade that before tuning the car. 🤷🏻♂️
@@AlmightyEye Stage 2 Tune works perfectly with stock turbos, Stage 2 is just Downpipe required. Stage 2H I believe is when you’re going to want the upgraded turbo.

Traction control is a dangerous problem; you will need your car weight/balance with Hankook Racing Tires
Will bm3 remove the warranty ?
It can’t void a warranty because of the Magnuson moss act, they could only deny a claim if something was caused directly by a tune or any mod

The drivers seat belt has a mechanism built in so the DME doesn’t go into sleep mode. If you don’t have the seat belt connected, your flash will fail and your car won’t start 😀

Crank hub issues happened to a bad batch. My 2018 M4 has 30,000 miles and it’s a non comp pack with 520 WHP and no issues. Thank God lmao
Also would recommend a different cold air intake, out of the 4 people i know including myself nobody liked it. more of a hassle and just for looks. check out storm-troopers review on it
