Still no comments on the £16 trillion socialist pension debt. What's funny is the biggest creditors are all those socialists who work for the state. They will lose all their pension because they didn't invest the cash, they spent it.

I find it hilarious that all these Tories walk into these hearing thinking "we're gonna make him look bad" and then just make an arse of themselves.
Just look at the first example about going back to your union members and letting them decide if they wanted that offer - Mick had the perfect response about the Tories and their 'mini-budget'

Perfect response was tell the cretins on the committee how Unions work. Obviously the committee cretins only looked at their own propaganda and ignored reality in the real world. It is why Mick Lynch has always upended the morons and government mouth pieces ay every turn. They, the committee cretins, are mind numbingly ignorant. You would have thought the committee cretin would have read up on the subject or got their well paid aids and researchers to prepare a report. he committee cretins should have their pay docked for under performance to the point of incompetency. The UK could save £600 million annually by putting MPs on performance related pay. I doubt most would get more than the national minimum wage.

It’s also completely different, like he’s fighting for better rights for the workers… something that anyone striking puts their trust in him and elected members to carry out… tories tried to sink the economy and shovel more to the rich and didn’t even run it past its own MP’s… shit like that should be voted on by the public cos all of us would probably tell em to fuck off

Everything dude says goes through a ton of scrutiny internally before he ever sets foot out publicly - that's the difference. Micks arguments are forged in fire and even the most senior politicians in our country right now are barely able to handle the softest of interrogations.

Seeing videos like this makes me despair 😔 Mick Lynch is someone who knows exactly what he’s doing, is a person who understands working people and knows the Tories are at it.
I despair because his arguments are bulletproof… and they’re also ignored 😒😔 If someone like him can articulate himself so well and he has all the answers to Tory tactics, yet they STILL won’t be held accountable and will STILL deny workers their rights, it tells us all there’s no hope.
None at all. If someone like him - who is literally showing the public who these crooks are - can’t get change for the working people, then I don’t have faith anyone can. They’re determined to ignore facts and go with what helps themselves 😔
The UK has had 2 consecutive prime ministers it hasn’t voted for and we’re stuck with these criminals until the next general election because they won’t fuck off before then. I’m Scottish, and up here, we haven’t voted for a Tory prime minister since 1955. We have absolutely no say. We’re outnumbered since our population is so small but we’re not a county - we are a COUNTRY. We keep getting a Tory PM we don’t want nor voted for, and they FAMOUSLY give no fucks about us. They happily ignore us. This unelected “second choice” PM is exactly the same. Northern Ireland was loyal to the union to a fault, and look how it worked out for them 😔 Rishi recently said he’s in no rush to meet with the EU to resolve their extremely tense and important issues. Sinn Fein is rising in popularity which was previously seen as impossible.
If the Westminster government want to maintain this “voluntary” union, it has to stop wilfully ignoring us. Tensions are rising and it isn’t going to end well. Northern English people are ignored as much as us up here. We can’t have a UNITED Kingdom if we have a Tory government hellbent on dividing us through corruption and cronyism.

    • @dean9235
      @dean9235 ปีที่แล้ว +5

@@TallulahFoxxx Hi. I read your comment with interest. How is it that a Prime Minister as wretched as Liz Truss can become head of the country with 8000 votes? That's how many votes she gained to become Prime Minister, out of a population of 70,000,000 people? It is absolutely undemocratic. There's no accountability with the Tories. The contempt they show for ordinary people is breathtaking and let's not even discuss the sleaze that follows them around like a smelly, dirty toilet! I live in South West England and we keep getting a Tory MP voted in. He's useless! There are millions of us voting for alternative to Tory candidates and not getting a look in at all. Our vote means absolutely nothing! Until we get rid of a "first past the post" system and move to proportional representation it is not even worth voting and that is what the Tories want. A minority of votes deciding the outcome for the majority of citizens. The system is so broken and abused by those in power that it is not fit for purpose. The Tories represent an elite minority and they employ the likes of the Daily Mail to circulate their insidious propaganda to the fish, who swallow it all hook line and sinker. They are an absolute disgrace to democracy, morals and ordinary people.
When the law breaks down, and we are already seeing it starting, they will have no one to blame but themselves! They're the worse criminals and law breakers of the lot but get away with it by having all the power and money to do as they like.
I wish I could say it's unbelievable but you cannot even use this word anymore, such is the contempt they have shown for years.

Mick is talking to the wrong government these guys are just the spiv's who sold UK railways..he should head to Europe...
Railway infrastructure-things like the tracks, signals, level crossings, bridges, and tunnels-is run by Network Rail, which describes itself as a “public company, answerable to Government”. Trains, most smaller stations, and routes are split into franchises run by different companies. Around a dozen of the franchise holders are linked to governments in other countries.
A German company, Deutsche Bahn, runs several UK rail franchises-Arriva Trains Wales, Chiltern Railways, CrossCountry, Grand Central, and Northern. The German government is Deutsche Bahn’s majority shareholder.
Rail travel in France is run by a state-operated rail company, SNCF. SNCF is also the majority shareholder in a French private transport firm called Keolis which in turn jointly runs railway company Govia with the UK Go-Ahead Group. Govia operates UK franchises: Thameslink, Southern, South Eastern, Great Northern, and Gatwick Express.
Greater Anglia, Stansted Express and Scotrail are all operated by Abellio. Abellio is run by Netherlands Rail whose only shareholder is the Dutch government.
Abellio has partnerships with other businesses to run rail franchises. Along with the Japanese companies Mitsui & Co. and East Japan Railway it runs London Northwestern and West Midlands Rail. Abellio also runs Merseyrail with UK-based Serco.
The c2c franchise is operated by Trenitalia. Trenitalia is part of the FS Italiane Group which is owned by the Italian government.
Other franchise holders are UK companies FirstGroup, Stagecoach, and Virgin Trains (which is in part run by the Virgin Group and partly by Stagecoach).

It s not UK, it's the whole of Europe. We've been swimming in energy at a relatively low cost and quite abondant for decades, and it gave us an unsustainable standard of living.
Now that energy drops, so will economy, NOW is the time where everyone will see the behavior of the upper classes, we're going back to before petrol, which will ressemble the 18's with the godzillionaires on one side, and a mass of über poor, and nobody's ready for it.

@@GuiR3X isn't it odd then that the rest of Europe isn't experiencing the same problems as the Uk? The Uk was taking around 15% of it's energy from russia while much of the EU was taking around 45-50%. Uk domestic energy prices have increased by at least 150% while those in Germany for example have only increased by max 70% (and the German govt has guaranteed that those will be halved at least by December).

I regularly do 60 hour weeks to cover my workload. Something has to change. The only perk is free train travel but even then, I only get it on services run by the company I work for.
Drivers are well paid but if you do their job, you understand why. I mean they are legally responsible for 300 tonnes of steel carrying up to 1000 people at up to 200km/h to start with. Add to this their technical competencies when things go wrong and the fact that they have to often go into the extremely hazardous environment that an operational railway can be to make things safe for their passengers.
