An arrangement of the new Super Sonic theme from the Sonic Origins version of Sonic 3 & Knuckles made using instruments from that game and 3D Blast as well as programming techniques utilized by both Masaru Setsumaru and Jun Senoue in the 90s.
This is my proudest arrangement so far, the original also happens to be one of my favourite tracks by Jun. I initially considered having the PSG take the lead alone, but then realised it sounded closer to the patch from the original with the 3DB ending saw layered underneath it. I was also surprised with how well I was able to recreate the double bass combo here.
