13 reasons why is very sad but it teaches a lot of us. In fact all of us that life is hard. It will challenge and reward us in ways we didn’t even think was possible. And yet the way to overcome it all and get through it is to live like it’s your last day on earth. Do everything with zero regrets because then u live life to the fullest. Not everyone in your life is going to love you. You don’t have to like them too. You should cherish everyone no matter who they are because you never know when you will last see them, or when there last day on earth is. They shouldn’t have to remember you by the selfish nasty person who walked by them everyday treating them like there nothing. They should remember you by the girl/boy that always smiled and helped me get through it even if we didn’t speak or just say hi to each other everyday. The little things count.

@@alenseli7573 Bojack horseman is better it talks about how addiction can ruin a persons life it talks about depression and anxiety better because in this show they tried to redeem a serial rapist and I’m not saying it’s not a good show the first season was so good but bojack talks about it better

This question I thought was so silly to hear…but after experiencing it for myself and hearing it again. I learned that it was still holding me back. It’s a scar that lives within you permanently and still can wound you.
(Moving away from a past that hurts you is a tough journey)
After watching this show in its entirety it broke me. Clay’s speech and hearing his Dad say those words was painful but it was what I needed to hear. “I’m living proof you can survive.”
For while I thought I was healed from it (it took a lot of courage and bravery) but the show showed me it’s still there to remind that I have what it takes to survive and choose to live. It made me remember why & my reasons for it.
I was a survivor in HS and I felt that moment of being on the edge and seeing the kids going thru it, what was going thru my mind was if I could reach out my hand and tell them “you can survive….don’t give up….cuz I did it and you can too!”
That wound will heal and will help you find others like you cuz you know the signs.
--Show them and be their hero. All it takes is One (reason, friend, moment, etc)
