WOW so cool to see you at work and now know what your job is! I would say a quiet day is a good day....for everyone! Thank you for sharing and I love your videos! a fan from Canada!
DTM! Such a cool guy. Lots of skills. Medic, military, content creating, guns.... All valuable skillsets. Having a medic in your crew is extremely valuable. Needs to be skilled with medical equipment and knowledge in biology & human anatomy. DTM, what a guy!
Thanks DTM for showing your job. Going to be in Las Vegas the weekend of Dec 20th. Was hoping I might run into you but, you're out of town. Maybe my next trip. Boring day for you is a good day that means nobody got injured. Take care 😊
Nice to see what you do, even if it wasn’t an active day for the Medic. I am with you: I have never seen a brown Twinkie before, until your video. 😮 Thanks for sharing a “day in the life” of DtM.
I enjoyed your video showing you at work. Your profession requires you to be certified in medical training and the use of many types medical equipment. I know people who are in need of an medical emergency are in good hands with DTM on duty plus free meals and drinks are always a plus too! Thanks for sharing.
This is a re-upload, yes? I distinctly remember looking for this video to rewatch it but could not find it. I assume you had to remove it for copyright or similar reasons.
At the chocolate factory inside the 4 queens, you can get twinkees enrobed in chocolate, milk, dark or white. They are delish but expensive. You could do a whole episode on that place.
Questions, How many jobs do you do in a month ? Are you a self-employed medic ? I was an Army medic in Arizona and Iran and an EMT/ Dep for the Sheriff's dept, but retired now.
Kind of funny how you have that job where you're not doing anything, and everyone on site is probably hoping that it stays that way. And it's probably for the best that we didn't get to see you handle any issues. But regardless, thanks for giving us a look into your primary job. Question though: do you have to bring your own supplies, or does the production get that for you?
the set medic is not a certified position. skills stay after doing so many and I do much more than normal providers, because I was also an EMS Instructor.
Hey Danny, at least your scrambled eggs stayed their original color (yellow) being placed in the metal container. In the military our eggs in the Mermite cans would turn green! P.S. Which movie set/tv show set had the best catering you have ever had in your opinion?
I would have expected at least a cot in your medic tent in addition to your chair. Interesting to see a work site in Arizona. No action is good, it means that no one got injured.
Black Rifle Coffee! Did they have zero sugar Mountain Dew? We don't know these things. Eggs looked like Military powdered eggs. Do the A-listers get Michelin star chefs onsite?
Great gigs if you can get em... DTM: if you're contracting out to the LA or CA Hollywood firms, they have threatened to not pay their contractors (cause they're broke... but not to worry, cause the Unions are suing em...) You might want to make sure you get paid by em...
We only eat chocolate twinkies. The yellow twinkies are too sweet and twice as expensive. Check out WalMart. How many people asked DtM what he does? Really?
All those funky & free snacks inbetween free meals will likely send you to the ER sooner or later, I've seen alot of EMT's who range anywhere from 20--30 pounds over weight to being what would be considered borderline obesity to obese. The breakfast & lunch buffet looked decent & basic for proividing nutricional energy with nothing offered to load you down or plug you up like faux butter & syrup soaked pancakes, bisquits & instant gravy or a half loaf of wonderbread slices saturated in "tastes like butter" then smothered in grape jelly yuk..That Brown Twinkie thing looked like a perfectly pinched out tidy bowl roll full of preservatives, additives & fillers then sealed in plastic for that forever lasting freshness. Lost my appetite watching this free meal occupational hazzard buffet, Glad you have an off duty appetite for a variety of attractively decent food in your regular weekly videos ,Imagine a parody buffet in Vegas that only featured snacks, individually wrapped in plastic snacks like candy bars & cookies and little bags of chewy gummy concoctions & of coarse jerky being the only edible item out of the endless aisles of junk "food groups" offered as snacks,
Sitting around without needing to do much a lot of the time.
Free snacks
Free meals
Sounds like my dream job 😅
Thank you for showing your job. Main people may not know a movie production medical roll

I agree! ❤
Aloha Danny! Nice to see you on the road again.
More videos like this please. 😊
Thanks DTM for showing your job. Going to be in Las Vegas the weekend of Dec 20th. Was hoping I might run into you but, you're out of town. Maybe my next trip. Boring day for you is a good day that means nobody got injured. Take care 😊
you may run into me, u never know
WOW ! It's FREE !!!!!!!!!!!!! Love the info on your job
Really enjoyed this video; hope you make more workplace videos in the future. Maybe some instructional content about how your medic gear works?
maybe for my misc channel...
Traveling medic for movie/shows production. Big bucks!
Nice to see what you do, even if it wasn’t an active day for the Medic. I am with you: I have never seen a brown Twinkie before, until your video. 😮 Thanks for sharing a “day in the life” of DtM.
A job well done Danny! I'm not sure that I could handle all that stress!! 😋
we need more coffee here STAT!
I can't wait till they finish building the Hollywood in las Vegas so you can show us more of the behind the scene stuff.
: ) GO Danny ! ! ! ! OMG to the BROWN Twinkie ! I used to buy BOXES of them in Yellow of course ! Thanks MUCH for sharing !
Golden twinkie only! I've never seen the chocolate either.
I enjoyed your video showing you at work. Your profession requires you to be certified in medical training and the use of many types medical equipment. Who do you work for? Private company,or the government. What wold be your patient population?
freelance, and whoever they tell me is the patient population
Thanks for sharinggggg 💜
Good video Danny, glad you got to get out of Vegas for a bit.
Wow Danny the Medic. That’s a sweet gig.
I thought this was a work video. It was still a food video: breakfast, snack, and lunch! LOL
it is what I do!
Thanks, Danny.
Very interesting. About how often would you say you have had to provide medical attention to someone?
barely any. ppl working on sets are alert healthy professionals that are not drunk or stuff....
Danny love your hat and shades !
thanks, those are necessary!
Glad to see you on the job. I hope they keep hiring you so you can get some steady money coming in. The Las Vegas economy needs you.
Danny this is a very unique place I never seen a job site that had its own medic
It's a very good day when the Medic has nothing to do!!!!!!! Thanks for all you do!
Dip the Twinkie in batter and deep fry!
This is a re-upload, yes? I distinctly remember looking for this video to rewatch it but could not find it. I assume you had to remove it for copyright or similar reasons.
it was a member video, now it is a public video
No business like show business it better to have Danny the medic and not need than to need Danny the medic and not have
We learn something everyday!
How often do you get "called up" by the industry to "medic" the actors? How do you financially survive between "gigs"?
here in vegas not alot, maybe after they build studios. between gigs one must spend less
Has to be a union job. Sitting around, doing nothing, make big money.
Do you get any autographs Danny with the Stars when you work?
it is not done
Another busy day at the office!!! Who knew these things.😅😅😅😅
Navy HM: 98-06 Army Medic: 06-2011. Still work for Navy medicine. Going to transfer to VA this spring. It's been a wild ride.
Thank u for showing us wow interesting what time do u start and how long do u stay ? Are u on call or this 5-7 days a week 😊
it varies, it goes by when THEY start and when THEY end
its per gig
At the chocolate factory inside the 4 queens, you can get twinkees enrobed in chocolate, milk, dark or white. They are delish but expensive. You could do a whole episode on that place.
hmmmmm
That's one of the perfect jobs. With you on those Twinkies.
Another wonderful day at office....didn't do nothing 😅
Questions, How many jobs do you do in a month ? Are you a self-employed medic ? I was an Army medic in Arizona and Iran and an EMT/ Dep for the Sheriff's dept, but retired now.
it varies very widely! some months I work all months other nothing
Wow great load of snacks 😮
Now we're talking!
Kind of funny how you have that job where you're not doing anything, and everyone on site is probably hoping that it stays that way. And it's probably for the best that we didn't get to see you handle any issues.
But regardless, thanks for giving us a look into your primary job. Question though: do you have to bring your own supplies, or does the production get that for you?
its all mine
I think the chicken was actually pork tenderloin
remember when yodels came in a tin foil wrap and it would make the edges crunchy, also ring dings wrapped like this too
Any big stars on the shoot.
not this one
The medic doesn’t have to be on the set? Hopefully they have a stretcher to bring the person to you in case anything happens
Don’t drop that in the pool 😂😂😂😂
Very nice peak behind the scenes!
I never cared for Twinkie's when I was a kid - I know I wouldn't care for a chocolate one either :p
Are you ALS Certified? How do you maintain your skills?
the set medic is not a certified position. skills stay after doing so many and I do much more than normal providers, because I was also an EMS Instructor.
Hey Danny, at least your scrambled eggs stayed their original color (yellow) being placed in the metal container. In the military our eggs in the Mermite cans would turn green! P.S. Which movie set/tv show set had the best catering you have ever had in your opinion?
best catering and crafty ever: tom cruise's vanilla sky. lobster and filet!
you should have a cot.... so they can lay down....like MASH unit
I would have expected at least a cot in your medic tent in addition to your chair. Interesting to see a work site in Arizona. No action is good, it means that no one got injured.
I would LOVE several cots! lol
So do you get your name in the credits of the production??? Who’s the coolest celebrity you have ever met???
maybe. and I once met the living dead daryl!
This is what DTM does everyday. Eat and sit at video poker 🤷♂️
That explains it all. Karla in Cali.
But summer times must super hot out there! 😮
They wouldn’t film in the desert in the summer.
DTM is awesome 😂
How long have you been a medic?
12 years?
Got to keep the prima donna actors happy.
How close was the closest hospital?
I believe it was not far away, this was inside the city
DTM, those are cool Zenni shades 😎 you got there. I don't like Yankee Doodles. can't find any place that sells Sunny Doodles. ✌ bro
Wow. .Never knew brown twinkies existed. Are they 50% larger than the yellows?
I believe it is same size! and even the white cream inside is the same amount!
🇺🇸 🇺🇸 🇺🇸 🇺🇸 🇺🇸 🇺🇸 🇺🇸 🇺🇸 Outstanding Video As Usual. 🇬🇧 Behinds Scenes Of Hollywood Production😊😅😊😊Thanks Danny 😊😅

Did they have zero sugar Mountain Dew? We don't know these things.
Eggs looked like Military powdered eggs.

Hi-Ho, Hi-Ho, if's off to work we go.
I thought you were a gynecologist?
Did he grabbed anybody by the
😂😂😂😂😂😂
only on industry nights at the bar! ( jsut lidding )
I though u a gamble for living? Lol 😅Thanks for let us Know ur job❤👍
If you want chocolate, HoHos are better than brown twinkies. Zingers are also better than brown twinkies.
Great gigs if you can get em... DTM: if you're contracting out to the LA or CA Hollywood firms, they have threatened to not pay their contractors (cause they're broke... but not to worry, cause the Unions are suing em...) You might want to make sure you get paid by em...
danny the medic always get paid
do you ever get recognized for your youtube channel while being a medic?
sometimes!
I dont do 911 anymore but could you imagine if a fan called 911 and I showed up? LOL there better be food there!
DTM, show what's in the deep trouble box? 🤔
We only eat chocolate twinkies. The yellow twinkies are too sweet and twice as expensive. Check out WalMart. How many people asked DtM what he does? Really?
🇺🇸🇺🇸 Danny, who's in the movie?
nobody big. it was a reality show
@@dannythemedic Hope you got paid well so you can get a door for your bathroom. 🤣🤣
And how much does Danny the medic get paid for his hard work??
"We don't know these things guys"....
normally 650/12 plus kit fee
I remember Brown Twinkies In Canada in the 1950's .

I reckon you served as a medic in the military?
that is not where danny the MEDIC came from. it is a radio handle for when I work on movie sets
@ ah, got it, keep up the colourful posts!
No video this Friday
there will be a new vegas video every friday, unless I get hit by a truck thursday
@@dannythemedic just kidding DTM. I said that because you didn't say it as you usually do.
DTM, eating his vegetables. But be careful of the garlic toast as garlic is a vegetable.
How do I get a job like that??? Looks like life of Riley to me!!!
And I’m sure you get$$$$$ for thst too!!!
to be a set medic, one simply have to have the skills, the equipment, and then you market yourself like a..... a..... plumber
Lucky 🍀 u can eat at ur work for free and u don’t need to go out to buy it so much trouble 😍
Had the chocolate twinkie not bad but prefer the original
Brown Twikkie! Don't put it in your mouth.
