Step one, be an experienced real estate agent
Wrong... Made my first 100K as a brand new agent with no book of business or real experience. It's more about knowledge and personality than experience. If that was the case you wouldn't have 10+ year real estate agents that have never broken 100k

Realistically its unlikely a top 10 team will let a new agent with 0$ in transactions join their team and make sales. There is a overflow of agents and it is so unlikely you can do this your first year
I was able to do exactly that. Over $1M pending in my first two weeks. It’s always a no until you ask :)
