HAMR was and is an amazing program. I followed it during my time at 1/75 and had some monster numbers. I've since changed over to johnniewod since I left the army a few months ago, but HAMR is amazing. Also, I was an 18xray at bragg when you guys gave your presentation to the 18th airborne corp and shut down the gym on my power clean day when I was following jwod. I still remember being super pissed that day.

thinking of trying out this program, I'm in the military but I'm just curious/worried if you will, that'll be over-complicated, like spending too much time in the gym figuring out how to set up things and such, making an awkward situation in the gym, you know like those ones trying to do crossfit in a commercial gym so to speak ^^
