- Hello all, Well I get and pot on some of my flowers and Cucumbers and make a new sowing of carrots, I also have something happen that I don't think has before. Hi Wayne. Keeping the brassicas in the pots will help compact the roots. An old gardener once told me that this helps fight off clubroot. The begonia grows from Corms. Haulms are the foliage on potatoes. 👍🏻

Hi Wayne not heard of those other carrots be interesting to see how they perform compared to sweet candle and you having them side by side we will be able to see the germination and growth through the season.

My sprouts in little pots are doing better than the ones I potted out in large pots 🤷♀️. My marigolds sown direct or self seeded did better than the babied ones in the starter trays. Cucumbers 🥒 I actually had to buy starters or I’d never get any. Oh well it’s all gardening and there is always an exception. Hope your having a great week and getting outside in the garden, Ali 🌞🇨🇦

Hi Wayne, the Carrots that you are sowing in the Blue Drums i do the same except for the odd tweak, i now have a 3x3x2ft raised bed full of Compost, Coco Coir, Vermiculite and Perlite with some Chicken Manure Pellets and Blood, Fish and Bone all mixed in together. I will be doing my holes except i will be filling them with Coco Coir with two Carrot seeds on top, once they start to grow i cut off the smaller one leaving one to grow and i get some cracking Carrots this way, mine are also Sweet Candle but i'm also putting in some Romance F1 to try and see what happens with them.

Have you tried formatting the card? It may be just a bad bit of memory that formatting will "push to one side".
I got caught out a few times with longer videos. I would put the card in my PC and copy/paste or cut/paste to a folder but there was nothing there, and the card was empty. All gone.
Looking in the very fine print in the Canon camera manual it said that files of over 4GB MUST be downloaded from the camera or the card must download its info via the proper software - not copy/paste!
