Josh who sang the part ''Papa" did a great job considering he never met his Dad in person..since birth....Must be very hard on him but he still managed to perform that part. I always get a kick out of watching reactions to MAPA, especially when the parents are invited to sit in. Your mom is so so sweet. I don't know why I thought she was Filipino, probably because she's beautiful. I hope she listens to more of SB19's music. One interesting fact I want to share with you is that MAPA - the band version with Ben&Ben - is on US Secretary of State Anthony Blinken's 'On the Road' playlist. I suppose this song has indeed transcended cultures and will go down as a beautiful classical homage to parents and parent-figures. Thank you for loving MAPA and SB19's music. I don't know but it just made me realize that since Mom serves as light (ilaw in tagalog) in the Family and Dad's are the strength or post since homes cannot stand without it (Haligi in tagalog). Josh who sang the part ''Papa" did a great job considering he never met his Dad in person..since birth....Must be very hard on him but he still managed to perform that part. Must have a deep reason why Pablo gave him that part of the song. This is why A'TIN loves them so much and support them all the way through. They never forget where they came from and always thankful to those who were there for them when they hit rock bottom and pushes them to get back up on their feet and continue to raise the Philippine flag and it's culture and talents.
