Unfortunately, the White Card only allows individual applicants, so you may not bring dependents. Your spouse would have to apply for the visa as well - but this does not give her the right to work in the local economy in Hungary. no tax is to be paid to the hungarian government, you still have to pay visa to your own government though whatever you are already paying
