I encountered this last spring where it started raining and everybody in the jetties stopped fishing while i didnt. When it started pouring i freelines a live shrimp then all of a sudden I was hooked on to a large speckeled trout and everybody around me was amazed then started fishing. A little bit of passing rain is very ideal that nowadays thats what i look for if i plan to call in sick to go fishing.

Any ideas how a large rain storm affects brackish water?
