Does the amount of points needed increase based on the level? Or do you need 3,500,000 every time to level up?

If I don't remember wrong you need 3,500,00 every time. Siberia is the only map where you have to grind a lot, if you want to unlock the sniper rifle

Coop is available only on HITMAN 2. HITMAN 3 is only singleplayer.
