Question: will there be enough 🤔room for driveline flex and axle travel ?

Yes, the half shafts fully clear the new pans. No clearance issues at all. Thanks for watching!

As soon as i saw Cleetus McFarland get and HMMWV to go underwater i thought of Predator Inc.

I think this is a great mod. The biggest flaw imo in the H1 design was the passenger room. Me and most of my family are 6ft+ there is no way I could fit me or them in the factor back seat

I know no one buys there for fuel economy but Im just curious. What is the average MPG on these with the tuned duramax? And what is the fuel tank capacity?
    Love your work btw ❤️

As long as it doesn't hinder performance the mods doesn't matter. Take it crawlin' to see what happens after.

That with the travel trailer is going to be an incredible combination

I'm not a huge fan of the center seating, mainly because I love the giant center console. But I love the "stretched seating" for the side seats. Makes you wonder why that wasn't even done in the first place. Can't wait to see the final product! Have you guys decided on colors yet?

Because GM did the interior originally, and it was cheaper to just bolt on parts than to custom modify the frame and/or sheet metal. Predator only does custom mods though, so they don't shy away from the thought. Hummers are their canvas, and they like to make art!

@@texasbeast239 Well said, definitely makes sense. "Hummers are their canvas, and they like to make art!" They should put that up on their wall

I’ve always wanted a hummer h1 soft top yellow but and my dream build would be a duramax swapped 900 to 1000 hp with long travel suspension and with a 6 seat extension don’t mind loosing trunk space but with hard top with some extra added features like the viper bumpers and tire carry with the YETI carrier at the crack with mid slant back but right over the back bumpers with a exoskeleton base with full round protection got some idea from watching the car zombie in moad looks crazy but some of its design will be incorporated redesign the inside with many creature comforts with very good speaks for my 5 passages. One day I shall appear and will bring the idea and the money and will continue to watch your amazing content to future contribution to my dream build.

I'm looking at purchasing a soft top H1 and wondering if this is possible with that particular type? A friend of mine owned one that had the soft-top right to the back so it kind of looked like a station wagon model. That would be the same type of soft top I will be looking to upgrade to.

I always wonder if that’s possible, I want to cut the huge lump in the middle and make it another sit.

I reckon if you're pissed off then buy your own truck and build it, or not. 😁✌️

Like you said, those extra seats will be far more useful than the cargo bay. The roof racks can fill that need on occasion just fine.
I saw some Thule cargo pods ("dual Thules"!) on a Hummer roof rack once, and I thought it seemed like a great way to secure the gear from the elements. Looked like Star Trek photon torpedoes mounted on a Hummer!

Great video, good to see a Hummer with proper room in the rear seats. Are you also increasing legroom for the front seats? It’s quite tight there especially for tall people. Maybe putting longer seat rails underneath?
Cannot wait to see this truck finished.
