You need to convert the AC temperature knob, into the boost controller. So when a passenger is in there, you can turn the AC up for the power

this for sure. it needs to have a stock looking a/c switch that wakes it up, so you could even let someone else drive and it just feels like a really peppy, stock marauder, even if you floor it lol

All of these crazy expensive supercars are running 700 at the crank. Here we have a sleeper putting down 700 at the wheels and sounding stock at ordinary speeds. Very cool build.
If they added a manual boost controller inline of the dump valve they could control when that dump valve opens.. I have that same setup on my big turbo Audi and I can keep it in "sleeper mode" longer or have it crack open and let all hell break loose at 3 psi like they have here..

It's a shiny marauder. Id be suspect of it not being stock in that condition. Sure they are rare but it's one of those cars only car guys qould notice, and it sticks out. Just like a Grand National, or an early 90's SHO. You see a gem like that in that kind of condition I would not think it was stock

What happened to KSR? Did I miss something?
Unless it has been changed the Marauder comes with a 3:55 axle stock. Plus it wouldn't hurt to pull the axles and see if they are failing where the axle bearing rides. They had a problem with them failing. TSB 03-5-5. When I replaced the gears with 4:10 I found both the axles on my Marauder were failed.

Wonder if the oil pressure gauge actually works in this one too.
Same issue on the Crown Vic's, my family has had several retired police auction vehicles that needed a rear dif rebuild.

sick weeks going to be insane with the group of people doing attending especially with all the first timers. hopefully it helps the other race week events grow as well.
Not gonna lie I actually wouldn’t mind seeing a more in depth video of Sam’s processes of restoring paint to that level.
He kinda went over it in one of parkers videos. But he's just basically wet sanding the paint to 3,000 grit and hitting it with some compound and polish on a buffer. You can get good results if there is enough clear on the surface, but if you go through to the base coat you'll be in for a paint job. If a car is just dirty and kinda hazy looking it makes a huge difference. If the paint is faded in spots where the sun hits it, and it has clear coat flaking off there isn't much you can do. You can make it shiny in spots, but if the clear is flaking off anywhere its probably really thin on the entire car and you're going to make a bigger mess trying to buff it than just leaving it alone until you can get it painted.

Your over thinking it, buffing out paint is not a complicated thing its just time consuming.
@@jaydunbar7538 It's literally what he said he does on Parker's video. He went over it when he was polishing that car last week. If you want it to look nice especially on a black car you have to do it right or you will get swirl marks everywhere and it will look like crap.
@@jaydunbar7538 Ill give you that its not complicated, but it can have a steep learning curve for the uninitiated. I've seen many people destroy good paintjobs burning through the clear.... If you have ample clearcoat, you're good. But 95% of people dont know WTF they are doing and can make things far worse.... I'd say for most, stick to hand polishing, clay bars, etc. You can still get quite nice results and not screw anything up TOO terribly. Or find someone in the know, who is willing to teach you. (even if you have to pay them)

I suggest a big sheet of aluminum diamond plate where the dyno cars sit. It’ll save the floor in case of a fire, explosion or whatever.
Done ruined it in two spots already, unfortunately. I wonder if there is a warranty on that epoxy??
I doubt a warranty would cover putting fire on it.

The baddest thing is no lag. That thing will get up and go as soon as you step on it. Bad ass and well done.
When you strap the front wheels you should make sure your pulling the wheels from the front. The driver side you had the wheel strapped to the bottom, when the front end lifts up during the pull it loosens the front straps. I’ve seen it rotate the front tire and loosen the front strap and kick the car off the dyno before.

You need to put a decibel meter in view of the dyno so we can gauge how loud anything is. Maybe keep a record for lowest and highest readings. Love the videos.

You don't need a BOV Cleet. As long as the turbo isn't surging or choo-chooing under throttle load, you're fine.
Can you guys please do a video showcasing what Sam is doing to the paint on all of the fleet? Like what products he is using and what tools. He is a god with making the cars look good.
If you watch cleetus' brother channel teeth and turbos he does a full length interview with Sam. In the interview Sam explains how he founded a car detailing supply company and explains the products.

He's wet sanding then rubbing compound then polish basically. More in depth than that but thats basically the stages
The main product you'll need is lots of elbow grease.

You need a cool dyno plate like PFI has on the floor, it’ll help protect and look badass
You should definitely make a psa to most of the kids that watch and explain how you can use ethanol because of certain parts you have and how it will basically eat the fuel system of a car not made for it. It gives you gains but will not do the same for most cars on the road. Stay safe out there and don’t mod your vehicle unless you are willing to put work in it.
You don't need the jet dryer anymore. Just run the Marauder around the track and that wastegate will dry it up in a couple of passes

Add a 3rd peddle to the dead peddle (like an old school high beam switch) and make it a manual override to the vacuum diaphragm so you can open it at will

If you switch to the type of cutout that closes with vaccum, you could have it open via switch by adding a 3-port solenoid (MAC, Honda purge, etc). With a 2nd solenoid you can force it to stay closed.
I use them on all my cars now, and have a 3-way switch on the cars when the EMS can control it via conditional output. It can be automatic, always open, or always shut.
Puts plate down for the waste gate but completely ignores the cutout just nukeing the floor 🤣🤣🤣

You can add a MAC valve between the turbo and the loud valve, to be able to shut it off when you want it quiet all the time.
