2 nagels is not a great option. It is a waste of slots. You play softcore so you are immortal and thats why you dont need resistances. You use imbalanced charms to get advantage over computer controlled enemies. Stop being so lame and drop the anni, torch and your fire skillers. Stop smoke, go hybrid! Max fireorb and meteor, Frozen orb and ice bolt. 1 points on masteries. 1 in schield, static, warm and tele. All left on fire bolt. Similar gear (no eni, coh better) 1cold skiller, 1fire(dont have more), 105fcr and 60fhr. About 1400hp without bo. About 7k DMG with FB, 13k meteor, 750 Frozen orb. Clears everything pretty fast, baal included. Chears!

Yeah some love for the Oculus, teleporation can be bad but the other perks more than make up for it plus socketing it with 5/5 jewel, I got a 5/5 cold in mine ^^
Fire sorc just as viable as others imo, you just have to have someone rush and power level you. Farm Mephy, farm cows, farm Mausoleum. You should swap the Occy for an Eschuta’s Temper with +3 skills and +20% Fire dmg, would make a huge diff.

Once you have acquired most of your good gear using your magic find % then dump all your magic find for +skills+all resist,def,fcr,run speed,hit recovery and dmg reduction..Now go destroy everything while surviving in the high lvl zones and be amazed at all the high end,eth/non eth trade items that will drop for you making you rich quick
I always make fire sorch primary fireball but I put around 20 point into blizzard and cold mastery I think it's a good combo mayby worth a try by the way good job
Something that doesnt seem reasonable in regards of this build, is how you are supposed to get through the game considering no points are invested in strength. Which means that at no point in the game you get the chance to wear any armor until enigma is obtained. Any ideas?
late reply but on normal, you will probably just start out with fire anyway so you could dump some strength then respec. That would only be viable if you meant this as a fire in the beginning and didn't use specs switching from cold or lightning
I got question about strg. U got 10 base strg + 2 (shako) + 5 (mara) + 18 (Annihilus) + 18 (torch) + 1 (small charm) + 2 (small charm) + 6 (grand charm) + 6 (grand charm) + 6 (grand charm) = 74 strg. For enigma you need 77 strg (dusk shroud requries 77). You really dont invest single point in strg ? I know u got +10 to strg from boots, but you need put on enigma first, because boots requries 95 strg. Or I just miss something ?
Ive been farming Mephisto extensively for the last 2 years with a 350 fire scorc. It seems that different player settings encourage different items to drop more regularly. Ex. Trangs Chaos Armor, probably had 1-2k runs before it dropped on 1 player. Now it seems to drop every few hundred runs on 8 player. Is this true in any way?
Always the best possible items. This is not a build, this is just you showing off your items. I would prefer practical and interesting content. Your video is about max vita and max fire skills and you spend 20 minutes talking about it.... edit: i think this if what you can expect when you are dealing with softcore players

Are you suggesting more generic guides on skill trees? Or more middle or the road wealth characters? The issue with talking about every possible gear choice is the videos get very long. Hi, good content, but you have to show to people what these heroes looks like when playing on 8p game. I have 21k fire ball dmg fire sorc with enigma, flickering flame and phoenix and is slow comparing with other pvm builds like light sorc, javazon, hamerdin.
Lower kurast runs. Get yourself a map that has good weapon racks and armour racks. My sorc has a weapon racks that drops threshers. Found a 4 sock eth and 3 no socket eths in about 200 runs 6 4 socket non eth ones too. My assassin has an armour racks that drops monarchs. I've also had good luck with worldstone keep killing on the way to level 4.
Ur videos would be more helpfull if you showed the ppl without the op gear and runewords how to farm some stuff up. These are nice for established toons but not the ppl who really need it

Problem is, its still unconfirmed if Mercenaries uses Atk rating. It would only truly boost his atk dmg by like 300 fire dmg. Tough call

Why not skill frozen Orb along? You can play solo, kill fire imuns and lose only a little firedamage, which is already super high?

Pretty surreal to me you wouldn't spend that teleport point on Enchant instead. The attack rating buff alone for the merc has to be worthwhile.

It's actually pretty easy to gear a sorc with enigma. Just gear it exactly like a hdin with hoto Etc. And get maxed resist fairly simple.

Imo meteor is not very useful, except again bosses. Fireball kills enemies faster that meteor falls on them.
depends on higher players settings fire enchanted and magic resistant monsters I think it helps a lot. normal monsters I agree fire ball for the win

adds 500 fire dmg so it would help but I also kill 99 percent of enemies with the sorc before the merc can

Firewall/Orb..Takes skill to lay down that firewall where you want it but it cuts boss' down like butter once geared and amped up
