I made my previous comment before I saw the end when you fly the plane, wow that fly's amazing and the roll's are tight and straight the plane is balanced perfectly and is better than some store bought planes, can't wait to make myself one, great work mate

Can we not fly this with landing gear ?
Absolutely, But you need a soft clean road or a land for landing and the speed should be very low before landing so you dont scrape the down body of the craft

The plane is a little bit small and adding a landing gear wil create a drag,but it is still possible to fly with adding it

How to connect the battery wire to receiver
You need an esc, Eléctric Speed Controller, that has a 3 pin Connector that you can connect it yo he receiver, in any channel (in flysky ahould be 3)
How it generates lift? All surfaces are plane only

I have printed the plans on A4 paper but finding it difficult to bring them together as the stencil for the cutting. Can you share a picture of the completed stencil using the plans? Will really help anyone else attempting this.

No, for 5 inch propeller you need higher kv

I made cardboard version with 1045 prop with 1000kv motor and s3 2200 mah batt, I scaled and stretched plans to make wingspan (about 70cm) and middle section wider to fit 10inch prop. Flies pretty good.

Flight time is around 4 to 5 min, and the battery you can use 3s 1000 mah

Where do you buy your foam board?
You can find online or at a local hobby shop. I recommend 5mm or 6mm Depron foam.

No, you can use higher kv motor
1000kv is way to small for this.
I think you need to use bigger blade for 1000 kv motor... Like 10" Blade Or bigger and not suit with the plane size

Hi I noticed your using 1300mah battery and in recommendations you say 1000mah battery why is that????????)
It doesn't matter which battery u are using but the timings will change like with 1000 mAh you may get 3 or 4 mins less flight time than using 1300 mAh battery
