I got the sakai blazers high. They run tight on the forefoot for a true to size.
Once the extended side foxing tape's glue come undone, it became tolerable.
I've been wearing these since Christmas of 2002. I still have my first pair, but lost many. I've had over 40 different styles and colors of this shoe and will always appreciate it, although I'm now into designer, luxury shoes, Jordans and rare Nike grails. I definitely enjoyed this video! I’ve got a few pairs of Blazer vntg from the early 2010’s. They’re not a model that’s out currently and have the side panel near the toe box but not the panel on the toe box like the 77’s . The ones I have are in OG True Blue and Royal Red in suede.

Bruh, The 77 vintage is the best looking of all of them. But i have to get the jumbo just for comfort. The flat sole of the 77's is just to uncomfortable. Like when you step on a small rock, it goes inside the ridges and it feels painful like a nail. The beauty of the Jumbo is they listened to that specific complaint. And thats the reason they got rid of that tight ridge pattern that rocks can sqeeze in. And went with a wide ridge and not flat pattern so rocks dont give you that pain factor anymore. ✌️

I love Blazers but this ‘77 silhouette just doesn’t do it for me. It’s too skinny for my taste and materials are pretty dissapointing and I like toecaps in general but it has always looked weird for me when it comes to Blazers. I’ve always loved SB’s, I prefer the beefier construction, that big rounded swoosh and the comfortability in general. The jumbo is a nice addition but that elastic part ruins it for me aesthetically, even though it’s pretty functional, but the low version is nice, I’d get a pair of those ones tbh
Blazers are true to size?
don't waste your time if you have a wide foot on the blazers even if you go 1/2 size up not recommended. I wear a 12.5/13 in nike's and never been able to fit comfortably in a Blazer shame I love the way they look but there are just some Nikes that are just way too narrow for wider footed people. to the point I ever tried a 14 and still no dice just not comfortable all around.
Really? I wear size 13 and the blazer low black and white fit me just fine and i have a wide foot.
PS: The one thing you need to look for is when you get them, check the shoelace holes to make sure there aligned. Because i bought a pair and the shoelace holes were misaligned and it looked messed up when you tighten up the laces. Instead of the laces looking parallel, they look slanted and totally off. They look like 100% ruined shoe. And you wont notice till you put the shoe on your feet and tighten the laces up and tie them. So if you get them misaligned shoelace holes return them. And i have noticed that almost 50% of the shoes have this problem. So its kinda messed up. And i also notice its for the shoes made in Vietnam that have this issue more then the shoes made in China or Indonesia. ✌️

I'd say both are around the same level of comfort as they are both flat but I'd lean more towards a pair of vintage blazers for the design imo.
