I was out on Donner back in July following Big Boy 4014 & one of the other trains I caught that same day with catches of the ZG2LT & Amtrak’s 5 & 6 are an ICBOA which is Council Bluffs, IA-Oakland, CA consisted of refrigerated intermodal containers of Midwest beef bound for export. They ran him over Donner, I did see a couple of INPOAs while out for those several days mainly in Northern Nevada.
