I was excited to use my $3000 chiller as well. The first one I got leaked coolant and water and had tons of software issues. Thank you for replacing it. I set up the new replacement yesterday. Now this one is leaking water. I would say this product is not worth it
How do you like it so far? I like the the wi-fi controls, and appears to be just an overall better build than the Penguin chiller. I've only had my Penguin for 8 months and I've had to send it back twice now for issues it was having not cooling. I've been pretty disappointed in Penguin customer service as well, at his point they are saying they are going to refund me. I might just put that money towards this one. This one is a BEAST. Unbelievable build quality, tech, and so far so good on being the exact temp I want at the scheduled time. (Or I could leave it chilling 100% of the time too). I choose to schedule my sessions so that the chiller isn't running full blast all the time.
@@sethmacleod4211 I ordered one in January of this year and the ship dates keep getting pushed. I'm starting to become very disappointed in the feedback on the delays from @icebarrel.

I absolutely love it.... No issues whatsoever. over the air updates (via wifi). Brilliant.
Is there a reason you didn't go with the Redwood cold tub to match the sauna?

Yes they do fail quickly. I’m on my second one. They each failed day one out of the box

Agree… but a good industrial chiller just isn’t cheap. The tech is really expensive.
