Hiwassee Solo Tranquility Lap 6.26.24

Caught a ride upstream with 3 folks that combined had 87 years of whitewater kayaking experience .... wow.
I had planned to paddle with them, but remembered I had to get back to town a lot sooner than a group would have made it by, so I boogied on downstream.
That isn't to say I was blazing along or anything. I took my time, and even went river right to enjoy the peace of the day, but I didn't stop to smell the roses either.
It was another gorgeous day on the Hiwassee, and I am still thoroughly loving my Scorch, and my Aeriel.
God is indeed good, and I am thankful for being alive to see a day so beautiful, that He has made.
I don't generally watch my own videos all the way through (by the time I am done editing / posting, I've seen them 3 ways to Sunday); maybe it's the music I added to this one in the background, but I played it and was straight up mesmerized by how pretty it was; even on the screen (it's so much better BEING there). I liked it. A lot..
