Alright, speaking in general terms, investing requires a good amount of knowledge. That's why it's essential to have a solid support system like a financial counselor, especially when picking out assets. I've been working with Regina Louise Collaro, who is an investment advisor at a registered wealth management company. I can't recommend her enough; my financial journey has been fantastic thanks to her. She's quite well-known for her services, and she helped me achieve financial stability through investments. Now, I benefit from her passive income strategies every month. So, I'd strongly suggest finding a reliable investment advisor for yourself

Practical experience with homeownership and tax responsibilities is vital for grasping the reality of the housing market, beyond abstract graphs. The asset class divide compounds the gap between affordable and inaccessible housing. Unfortunately, there's insufficient focus on housing solutions for lower-income families. A price drop might lead developers to delay projects, potentially impacting prices.

Across different sectors, there are plenty of fascinating stocks that you might want to keep an eye on. Remember, you don't have to act on every prediction you come across. That's why I suggest partnering with a financial advisor. They can help you figure out the best times to buy or sell the shares or ETFs you're considering adding to your portfolio.

Investing bhi ek strategy hai aur Trading bhi ek strategy hai but isko sikhana padega agar kisi bhi chiz me acha karna hai to long term us me tikna padega aur ek habit me dalna padega tabhi ja ke growth dikhega.
Jiske pass Kam karne ke liye Rules hai discipline vo acha hi karega lekin
Long term best hai wealth creation ke liye na ki short term
I'm agree with pranjal sir always.

@5:5 5:55 you mentioned 3 types of trading,
    1. Intra day
    2. momentum
    3. Swing
You know, there is a significant difference between these 3 ways of trading.
Swing trading can be for a few days or a few weeks,
Momentum trading can be based on specific indicators value or event driven.
Do you think all that is not good? Only long term value investing is good!

I think trading can be a good way to make money if you plan when to buy and when to sell. TH-camrs often say trading is bad, but they don't talk enough about the importance of knowing when to exit. It's interesting to see that many successful investors actually start with trading to make money before they invest in stocks for the long term. So, having a clear plan for when to buy and sell is really important.

I disagree with the point of Corporate bonds. The mains thing are corporate bonds are to get fixed return you cant get fixed returnin mutual fund Ya your point is absolutely right but you can buy bonds of that companies whose share you own
that would be safe bet because you have already done due delligence before buying share.
Secondly IPO mai sabse important OFS and Fresh Issue bhi dekh na chahiye...
For example Utkarsh Small Finance accha IPO tha promoter bhi acche the discounted rate mai bhi offer kiya tha. Uss IPO mai apply karna banta tha..
lastly crypto galat nahi hai wo unregulated hai iss liye invest nahi karna chahiye. because agar crypto ke baare mai reseach karoge toh acche use case samaj mai aayenge.

I believe IPO wala point is incorrect.
Not every IPO is like that. Even I'd say 70% of companies are not like that. Yes you need to research but for the past 3yrs., I have managed to gain a lot through IPO - listing gain. You don't always have to be investing for long term in a stock.

Whatever I know about investing, I've learnt it from your videos. Thanks for educating us. You and all successful investors appreciate Index funds a lot and I wanted to start SIP in index fund but when I checked the returns on internet those were showing very low compared other Cap funds. I am sure it was something in data I couldn't read correctly and I think many like me would have skipped index funds due to this reason. May I please request a video around how to read and validate the information available on internet
