No, I got one outside the front of the airport. They have an official taxi stand area. Then to go back to the airport, I just found a random taxi that was driving around!
Hey! I have a layover there too, also pretty much overnight. Would you say it’d be safe to walk around the city at night if you’re a solo female traveler?
There’s always a risk! I was surprised how empty it was, which is probably bad 😅 it definitely depends on where you go I think though. There was still security at the monuments like the Sheikh Zayed Mosque and Wahat Al Karama (where I took the thumbnail photo).
It's pretty good! But complicated because there are so many dialects! I'm pretty good at standard Arabic, pretty decent at Moroccan Arabic, and I'm alright at Levantine Arabic, haha
What's the longest layover you've ever had??
You already got so much more confident on camera this made me so happy!!! Loved this video 💪🏻
Awww thank you so much!! I've been working on it! The next videos will only get better!
That view at 11:07 is unreal
Definitely the best place to take pictures of the mosque!!! And it was sooooo peaceful at 1 am, haha
THAT IS GORGEOUS
Man I learn so much in one video of yours., also that was beautiful to see at night. What a cool experience to witness with no one around.
Thanks man!! And yeah it was honestly so cool and peaceful! 🙌🏼
A longer video but I loved every second!
Thank you so much! I just wanted to make sure I included the parts from Jakarta before I left and also Amman after I arrived!

did you applied for 48 hours transit visa while you transit in Abu dhabi aiport ?
I actually don’t remember how long the visa was for! I paid for it at the airport and it was just for a day or two I think?
How much was the taxi ride to the mosque?
I believe I paid 70 dirham? Which is about 20 USD.
Hey is there a Visa required for Americans and how much if there is one thanks
No I’m pretty sure Americans don’t need a visa! It was a while ago so make sure you look up more up to date info just in case!
how did you book taxi, ubar?
No, I got one outside the front of the airport. They have an official taxi stand area. Then to go back to the airport, I just found a random taxi that was driving around!
How much does the Taxi cost?
I can’t remember exactly, but it was pretty pricey! I think it was about 120 dirhams (about $30 USD) for a 20 minute taxi?
