We have 7% incline road in the city, I can move upward at only 10km/h for 5 minutes. Incline value must be bigger on screen, its wery important how difficult the road is. Sadly, what camera doesnt hold on horizont line, that moving effort and power is impressive.

Yeah it depends from person te person. Some have a maximum of 150, some of 190...you often can't really learn a lot from it, especially when just looking at the absolute value. I'm fine riding at ca. 170bmp for a long period, for 175 and higher I go to my limit in terms of using oxygens in my muscles (and I get a lot of lactic acid in my muscles) and my absoulute limit is around 190-195bpm. I guess it mainly depends on the site of the heart...but pretty unsure about it.
@@_clemens_ What I meant is I was expecting his bpm to be lower considering he is a pro. Even my bpm reaches to 170+ but I thought pro are much more sophisticated in their SPO2 metabolism.

ご参考までに。①10回大会から参加していますが、運営の質が年々劣化しています。安全面で非常に手抜きをしています。②実質9000人程が参加しますので、抜くのに苦労します。前のウェイブでスタートする事をお薦めします。③Jプロツアーが参加した場合、早めに下山しないと五合目で待たされる事になると思います。風よけや雨除けの施設が有りませんのでかなり寒いですよ。過去Jプロツアーだった頃の伊吹山では1時間以上待たされ、本当に寒かった。④高額車に乗ったエゴの強い人が居てルール違反の追い抜きをされ、下山で嫌な思いをします。接触しない様に気を付けて下さい。⑤植樹記念公園や看護学校などとんでもなく遠い駐車場を指定された場合、雨の時は本当に萎えます。また参加者の帰宅の車両が容赦なく水しぶきやクラクションを浴びせて来ます。
