I'm hoping More Tales does happen, although my expectations aren't high that it will happen this year. My wish list for episodes includes - another Evie/Joe episode - a return of Alpha and how she and Beta take over the Whisperers - Abraham & Daniel Salazar (as hinted on Fear) - something relating to the Commonwealth/surrounding communities - the French Primrose team of scientists in Toledo - an episode with a past character from TWD or Fear
I'd love to see an anthology miniseries focusing on the establishment of settlements like Woodbury, Alexandria, Sanctuary, Hilltop, Kingdom and Commonwealth
They should have a spin-off series during the beginning of the apocalypse in between April and September of 2010 and they should show us the military police Navy hospital fire department perspective on the apocalypse
I loved tales .. I love the premise of not being tied to any of the other characters... Some backstories are ok... But I prefer to see how others reacted and tried to survive...
Give me a tales of The walking Dead episode about Virginia and the story of her taking her baby away from her forming the coalition. Or give me a heart-wrenching episode of the day John Dory senior went to the cabin and saw his boy eating an ice cream cone on the bench and when he left and what he did for so many years
"Supposedly" Episode 6 "The Brave Man" 65 mins... Would be cool to see more Tales if done right. More back story on the reapers or as someone else said the Wolves from season 5. Thumbnail is cool screw the haters.
For tales, it would be nice if they filled in some plot holes or showed something different. They could do six episodes like Dead in the Water. Show the President getting taken out. The Royal Family getting locked into a castle with Royal Marines.
When I think of anthology I think like tales from the dark side or twilight zone or Hitchcock. All share a universe but nothing has to connect. Makes it perfect for one off stories and for adding to cannon. I think they messed with fans expectations by selling it as bringing back some dead characters and then really doing nothing with it except for the alpha one.
I feel like they should do a Shane Walsh spin off after Rick got shot during the police shootout and got into a coma we know that the Virus 🦠 was already spreading when Rick was shot i always hated that they never showed us the beginning of the apocalypse we saw the flashbacks of the soldiers shooting hospital when Shane was trying to get Rick out of the hospital staff in season 1 it would be interesting to see Shane as a police officer responding to calls of infected people in king county hell Shane told Rick in season 2 that he saw crazy stories on the news about infected people eating and biting people in Atlanta it would be cool to see Jon Bernartal back on the show but I doubt he would want to come back if they want to go even further with tales they should do a Troy spinoff actually Troy stayed in Mexico after the dam in Tijuana was blown up Troy has a map of the Mexican states that he has been to personally it would be cool to see Mexican characters working with Troy and to get background on what happened to the rest of Mexico because we never got to see Mexico after the apocalypse we only saw Tijuana and Baja California it would kinda of cool to a character from Mexico City and it could show us on how Mexico fell especially Mexico City since Mexican cities didn’t got bomb nor they got evacuated unlike what happened in Canada and the US and that character from Mexico City could make its way to Troy after the apocalypse also I always thought that there could be a CRM like military in Mexico that was made by Mexican politicians and army people trying in to reclaim the country hell even the Mexican president could be alive after 13 years since the world fell since the walking dead wiki mentioned that the Mexican government went to a bunker near Mexico City and Troy could travel to Mexican cities like Hermosillo Juarez Chihuahua Mexicali Monterrey after the apocalypse a series based off of Monterrey Mexico could work since it’s close to the US and Mexico border
Tales is a really great premise but they really dropped the ball. Not saying every ep needs to be a familiar characters backstory but there's so many characters or even locations they could have done backstories for. Abraham's backstory, the origin story of terminus, and there's a fantastic book rise of the Governor that tells his backstory that would be awesome! If they screw it up again maybe they can rebrand the 3rd one as even more tails. lol
I didn't bother watching it becasue most people said it wasn't good. If they can bring some of characters from original walking dead & tell their back story, I would be excited for that!
@TheGovernor2003 I doubt that they survived that long especially since the walking dead takes place in 2025 almost 14 years since wildlife virus was discovered In abril 2010 and in June-August when the virus went global and wiped out humanity
@TheGovernor2003 but It would be cool to see their story also the guy and the girl who wrote don’t dead open inside had the Hyundai Tucson 2011 that Shane founded on the highway in season 2
This may be something we don't hear about until it drops like the other mini webseries, and the main Tales itself has been shelved according to someone who gets screeners. I fucking loved Tales, but I don't think we'll be getting any more.
Tales has endless potential. They just sht the bed bad… pick your favorite.. Simon’s journey, Megan’s journey building the sanctions, he did say how he initially took that place with Simon.
If there’s one format of the walking dead that I would have changed it is the main show would have ran with a secondary show. That show should been from the villains pov. It could built the story up until the episodes were they would actually face off. This would have saved a lot of boring filler episodes or episodes were we didn’t have Rick or Darryl for three or four episodes.
Like maybe going back to Atlanta would be cool but the prison? For what reason? Or the farm “Oh cool there’s Dales funny little hate.” Yea most places I can’t see why. I don’t even want them at Alexandria anymore
Yeah you are always going to have trolls.they never told the store of alvarais an Abraham. They said something along time ago on the show talking dead but never said no more.
I think they should do it again. The concept of the show wasn't what people hated, it was the stupid ass stories they wrote. If each episdoe was actually good, the show would have been successful. And who cares if they use the same name? If it's the same format, what does it matter what the name is? And i agree, they spent enough time at the prison. I stopped keeping up with it during the prison arch, it was only years later when season 8 came out that i decided to catch up. But the format wasn't the problem with Tales, nor was the title, but the dumb ass stories we were given. If they write good stories, the show will be good. None of that ground hog day shit, none of that FTWD shit.. take it back to season 4 TWD style and it'll get lit lol
This could be good but they need to do much better. It could be interesting random one offs showing the break down of society, or people years into it living. Also, Beta in the lead up and during the fall until he’s in that nut house with the balaclava is what we all want. Gareth and the mites when they were trying to help and being good, seeing how that all went tits up. There’s loads of cool shit they could do with tales, and they gave us that horrible story that makes zero sense about those 2 shit female characters repeating the same day over and over. Makes absolutely no sense for the canon of the show, and was a waste of our time. Do interesting one offs. And show us more of society falling. They could do the president, or someone within the swamp and show the fall from their perspective. They could show us different locations. All sorts of possibilities.
The possibilities get a little less when considering the ages of the actors now vs trying to do any early day stuff with them. But there are still many options for stories.
Seriously why would they do another 6 episodes of Morgan, Dwight or Sherri? Thats what the last 5 seasons were basically about on Fear. If you had actually watched those shows, you would know Morgans actor is actually done and so is his story. As for Dwight and Sherri no thanks lol no one wants to see more of them 2 after fear
Bro put a fake thumbnail making people think it's a walking Dead telltale season 5 the thumbnail got me good job my friend u is my favorite person to watch n hear bout TWD hey this channel is kalled twd

an episode of Troy after the dam would be great, especially since he can't come back in the present
They messed up BAD with Troy such a entertaining character
@@zRedBxllTroy stayed in Mexico since 2010 until 2017
As long as we don’t have a ground hogs day episode I’m excited
I'd love to see an anthology miniseries focusing on the establishment of settlements like Woodbury, Alexandria, Sanctuary, Hilltop, Kingdom and Commonwealth
It would be cool to see a spin off series of the Croat during the outbreak in New York and a New York City during the beginning of the apocalypse
@Tejano12398 The Croat wasn't in NYC during the outbreak, he was a Savior
The CDC before "Wildfire" and "TS-4"
They should have a spin-off series during the beginning of the apocalypse in between April and September of 2010 and they should show us the military police Navy hospital fire department perspective on the apocalypse

there was only 3 good episodes in tales tbh.
but i love the concept and potential for it.

It's about damn time we get the backstory of Mrs. Neidermayer and her love of Tuscany and fresh pasta!!!
Definitely need to see her and family b4 Alexandra
would she still be alive if Carol let her smoke in the house?
I would like to see how Eugene started his con
Yeah and how he handled the very first news of it all and seeing his 1st walker
An episode about how Okafor and his Wife took down the military in the war with the Pennsylvania National Guard/CRM would be awesome
For tales, it would be nice if they filled in some plot holes or showed something different. They could do six episodes like Dead in the Water. Show the President getting taken out. The Royal Family getting locked into a castle with Royal Marines.
The problem is that they would need to get a character that is based on Barack Obama and Joe Biden
@@Tejano12398or they could show a scene of walkers trying to get into Trump’s cell…

Abraham/Eugene (b4 Rick)
Morgan (while away from Rick)
Troy after the dam

I actually like it! But they should of used it to go in depth of other characters
Closing out the story lines of those characters who didn't get closure would be the better idea.

with old characters all they can do is backstory but new ones they can do all sorts of stuff
They should do the main characters back stories before the breakout not strangers
It's hard to do it without recasting - TWD has been on so long the characters are so much older now.
@@TWDExplainedI agree, they OLD.😂
@@TWDExplained well Shane still looks the same 😂
Where's the kids from the wepisode of the bicycle walker? Their fate is unknown, and the guy who wrote the door on the hospital.

Clementine is coming!
Tales would be great if they bring back people like Abe Governor and Alpha. I don't care about the randos we got
Tales was weird. I liked it but I realize most folks are not gonna be stoked to get like 6 episode experimental show that did very little back stories
Tell me it isn't so! Only if we get episodes with Qaletaqa and Tobias from Fear...letting us know what the heck happened to these guys!
