- Hey party people! thanks so much for hanging out with me while I share this new clean with me video with you! I had big plans and I don't even think I got to this point in my voiceover where I completed my thought; I initally wanted to do a series of spring cleaning videos where I broke down each individual room and did one at a time... obviously that didn't happen. haha I just go around my house cleaning what needs to be cleaned and doing some deep cleaning inbetween! Today it was a complete disaster for a few reasons which I explain in the video. no explanation needed really... life can get messy! Hope you enjoyed cleaning with me! Thanks for hanging out!

Kim is such a wholesome person for saying “You know what, I hope that child who sprinkled kinetic sand all over my table and carpets and ate chocolate coins had the best time of their life”. Other people would A. be raging about it but never say anything or B. put on a whole drama scene and try to figure out who did it. I'd have been like, "So, there's this mother_____er kid named Danny [making that name up] who always comes over and creates havoc and he ruined my nice furniture and my beautiful dollhouse. Should I sue the parents?" This is why I'm not a TH-camr - lol.

Kim, you don't have to justify how your house looks to anybody. None of us do! And shame on people for asking "why does your house look this way?" Even while you're pregnant and not feeling well, you get more done in a day than I do. Glad you're feeling better! Also, I could listen to you talk for two hours. Or more.

1. Great video
2. Use a Mr Eraser to get the pink stuff off the table.
3. When other kids are over him them clean up before going home that way if something is broken, you will know at that time.
4. Put a rug down where your desk is to hide the fingernail polish.
Other than the above suggestions, you do what you can when you can.

One of the reasons I love your videos is the fact that you talk to us like we are there with you. Other videos I watch with music I find that I have them more in the background and I'm not even watching them, I've gone off shopping online or Pinterest, lol.
My best friend mom “ who I love” used to say “ when your kids are grown, they will never remember that you had a berry clean house, but they will remember you playing a game with them, and the fun they had growing up making a mess in your kitchen!! Make all the messes, and love it!!🤪
I'm honestly glad someone out there on youtube is showing real life. I tell you what, I can't count how many videos I've watched that are "clean with me" and it's like... they cleaned BEFORE they videoed lol. AND they clean like... everyday, every week. Their house is CLEAN before cleaning!! Thanks Kim!

Yes! I let a lot of stuff go!! It’s crazy how with each passing child the more I just let slide. It’s fine- we will get to it eventually!! Haha

I have three drawer pulls on my dresser that just fell apart after a move. I have no idea why. They have been missing for four years. I just hate that isle at Home Depot with all the knobs. There are so many that I get overwhelmed. You are not alone.

I did the file bags for my games about 2 years ago. Best thing I ever did. Saved a TON of room...no more trying to stack awkward sized boxes on top of each other. Everything stands up neatly. Kids find what they are looking for, and put games away with ease.
Gave birth to my second baby 11 days ago and your videos are the perfect watch-while-nursing videos 😊 thanks for the entertainment and the motivation !
My daughter is 2. My niece and all her friends are the same age. I taught my daughter to be gentle with her toys. So rarely do I ever have to pick up a bunch of thrown around toys. When her friends or cousin come over I hide half the toys because they literally just throw things around. It's hectic! Lol I love them all though so I don't mind the mess.
By the way, I bought the Bissell Crosswave after watching your last cleaning video and I’m so glad I did! I have 7 kids and a husband… my kitchen and dining room floors are hardwood that I was sweeping and mopping like every time I walked into the room… bc little kids are messy eater! The crosswave saves me so much time now and cleans so well! I’m in love! Thank you so much for putting that amazing tool in your video or else I would have never known about it 🙏

Yessss so glad you like it!!! It really saves me so much dang time and my floors get cleaned way more often because of it. Sure before I would do one thing like sweep/ vacuum / or mop but not all three at the same time!! That was rare! Lol
@@Laura-ny4up it wets the carpets but they dry so quickly and it doesn’t leave it damp!! It’s a small amount of water. The hardwood dries rather quickly too be Ayse of this

There was a time when my kids were little they always had extra kids over (ALWAYS) at our house like you. We had a pair of siblings over for the first time. I was outside with hubs doing yard work when I came inside the two siblings were on my kitchen counter tops dancing jumping and going mad!! I couldn’t believe my eyes!! My two were just watching in awe lol. I was flabbergasted that other kids would act like that in another home.
Omggggg on the kitchen counter… that’s next level!! It always surprised me how some kids act. I like to think they let their guard down and test their limits in a new space … 💀😂
I really love your videos, especially for showing the world what truly family life is. As a mom of 4 kids a cat and a dog...I truly feel more comfortable to accept that nobody's house is perfect especially with children and that it's normal for it to get messy. As I tend to overthinking and criticize myself for everything I didn't do ... Sending loads of love to you and your beautiful family ❤️

Kim, don’t use carpet tape! Use the stiff “corners” you apply to the corners of the carpet to make them lay flat! They’re amazing!! I got mine on Amazon.😊

I feel your morning exhaustion, I’m not pregnant, I have Narcolepsy and feel that way all the time, I have to take medication to feel energy. Your videos bring me such joy and positivity that I really look forward to them. You are my go to person that will always make my day so much better! Hope your feeling better each and every day!
I understand it too. I have fibromyalgia and it kicks my butt. I used to keep a pristine home but not anymore. I just say if people want to judge me for it, then they can clean it for me lol.
EDS and POTS here and every time Kim talks about her symptoms I’m like omg! Same 😂 I do iv fluids everyday to help my body be able to function for a few hours. I love these videos to distract me while I clean lol

Love the voice over and chat :D Sounds like my kids came over to your house. I tried so hard to get them to respect their things but they were destructive to stuff and I had a hard time getting to a positive place like you did. I remember buying my girls beautiful doll houses and kitchens and the kids would find the one sharpie in the house to write their name on everything. My kids are getting older now and if I had to go back- nope would have not bought any of it- I am still bitter ;) Anyway it all came out great and you are awesome! So happy to see you were feeling well enough to do all of this and also to eat without getting sick :D

My childhood house was the kids playground also..But it got to were the kids tried to disrespect the house. My mom had rules if you bring toys out you put them back before they left.. Any special things she did not want broke was put away. We had to do that..Parents alot of times don't care if their kids destroy your home. Love your vlog and your new home!

Try “the pink stuff” paste on the table! It was the only that thing that was able to remove a 2 year old stain from my white kitchen table!!
The pink stuff and a magic eraser. If it still doesn't come off, get some white paint.

I would investigate further just to know to keep an extra eye out when the child comes to play again. It was pretty disrespectful to do that and you are very forgiving. Try the sticky contact paper on the trash bin section. Then all you would have to do, it peel it up once dirty, and press more down. Even if you didn't want to put more down, it would be easier to wipe clean. 😁

Kim, vinegar and baking soda paste might take off that pink sand stain. Make a paste and rub with with a clean eraser. We had something similar and it took that dye right up.

Thank you for motivating me to start tackling my closet. Had to take a break and then I picked up on the video again and when you said that you had the rest of your life to get your house in order made me feel so much better about my closet situation.😂
I have 5 littles and when our play room looks like that (and it looks like that often) I take a hockey stick or broom and basically sweep all of the toys from the edges to the centre of the room. I get the bins and organize them all in the middle of the room. A lot less walking around, back and forth. I also use this trick when it's the kids turn to clean it. Makes it a little less overwhelming I think.
So here for this cleaning motivation! I need it today! Hope you're having a good morning 😊

Kim, the absolute BEST THING I have organized as a parent is a library check out system for sets of toys!! I had a large shelf in a storage area inside that I put all their ‘sets’ into nice bins clearly marked by simple names… small super heroes, large super heroes (like GI Joe), Pet Shop, playfood/dishes, etc. They kept just a few things in their rooms but the majority was kept on these shelves and it made THEM responsible to clean one set before asking me to get another set, and it kept play areas from turning into constant chaos!! SO proud of that lightbulb going off moment as a parent!! They still made a mess but never the same level of chaos! And it gave me an opportunity to clean their toys more often, especially when they were between the ages of 2-7. I love watching you organize it all. Clean up is hard but so satisfying!✨❤️✨

I couldn't do any house work during the two weeks it took to heal my scaleded hands. Thankfully it is only me living here. Managed to do all the do all the dishes before my aid even showed up. Feeling proud of myself. Exhausted now but my kitchen is pretty much all clean.
