    Hardest thing I have to do in keeping and breeding Boas. I hate it, but it not only helps me financially, I can trust where my snakes' food comes from. Thank you for not showing it, because it really, really sucks. Great video and setup..

    If I were to use hellium I imagine I'd put the oxygen exit valve on the bottom because hellium rises? Does that sound right?

      I honestly don't know, but that doesn't sound like a good idea to me. I've never heard of anyone using helium before. The issue I see is that with the valve on the bottom, you'd have no way of knowing when oxygen is pushed out and you're losing helium. I also don't know how helium interacts with rats.
      I don't end up actually using the escape valve, as I was unable to remove the valve stem and discovered that it was not necessary with my setup. So now it's really just there for looks, but I don't use it.
