    Hi 👋! Been a huge huge fan of your work! I love that you decided to do a podcast so we can get more extrapolated from that brain of information you have and all your ideas on a deeper cognitive level. I know you're a perfectionist so I figured I'd mention the light change at 21:08 lol I'm not a troll, I promise. Only because I am a fan but noticed it as I was watching. I'm sure you can't always choose when to record but I just noticed it as I was watching. I figure you'd want the praise just as much as the improvements. :D Keep up the good work, Zach! I'm here for the juicy info. Mahalo!

    Hoping that…through you, I’ll discover someone new and new knowledge. Not just the same people rotating through several famous podcasts over and over. The mix of having just you and also with guest. It looks promising so far, good job, friend. Congratulations 🍾

    To be honest, it's a good podcast and the best thing is you're honest in telling us your own experiment in my opinion if you invited another student to excuse your both experiment in studying, maybe that'll be better, I see that you need to do another podcast about mindset because as you said it's pretty important weather generally I had enjoyed with this useful podcast Thank You Zach

    HI JACH HIGHLEY,
    This's been a very tough time for me, but discovering your channel and listening to your sharing about everything do make me feel better and I've learnt a lot from you. Can you just say something to encourage me haha? I know this is a bit silly but I just thought that if I was able to communicate with the person I admire, that would be huge motivation for me to start stepping out of my comfort zone. ANW, THANKS A LOT FOR THIS PODCAST ! KEEP THIS SPIRIT PLS, JACH !

    Which is better sleeping 8 hours straight at night or sleep 6 hours at night and 2 hours at some other time?

    • @TheZachHighleyshow
      @TheZachHighleyshow  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Tough question, I don't think I know enough about this to answer that question properly, apologies. I do know certain beneficial hormones are not released if you do not have continuous sleep to a certain degree and also, in a single night, your duration of sleep in the different stages of sleep changes.

    Practice questions for tests getting good grades not understanding the material most students wont even consider understanding the material my experience tutoring students.Serious students will understand the material before practice problems.Most students are not ready for premed high school mindset
