The way that the Goin' Down The Bayou section could've been absolutely inundated with twinkling bouncing fireflies in every direction and we got some small screens that loop every 5 second is just....... so uninspired. It should be so simple they could've just used like timed led's blinking and bouncing in time with the music following along the boat and looking like they move. And the fireflies are supposed to sort of look like classic disney magic sparkles, so to not go all out in that section baffles me. Same thing with the Dig a Little Deeper area. It was severely lacking in color and unique lighting like the song is flashy and sparkly why couldn't they give us that? Ultimately this is a weird lighting issue overall for both of these sections, aside from the general lacking of things to look at. Could've been so much better. And don't even get me started on the drop section we all know what we wanted there.
I wish they added Dr facilier at the last hill and as you’re going up the left hill, you would hear his song playing, with an animatronic version of him on the side and when he says friends on the other side, that’s where you were drop like right when he says side, that’s when you drop and the laughing place could’ve been the voodoo dolls and his shadow form moving around

Hmm I think what disney could do to improve the ride is for one: Add more lights in the more 'awkward' places so that way at night time the riders can enjoy pretty lights and maybe add some more animals in the places as well so it feels more energetic. The best time to go on the ride would mainly be when its light out so you are able to see what is happening and they need to do some more retests on some of the animatronics.

I wish the ride had darker themes... the orginal ride had the main character tied up afraid of being boiled alive but this is just about going to a party.. it should of been a ride that was themed around the movie so the shadow man could of been a villain.
it seems like it was meant to be geared towards younger kids, which obviously doesnt work when splash mountain was meant to be a thrill ride, not some kiddy one.
You can see it better in other ride-throughs, but the Tiana at 2:25 has her wires and mechanics exposed at her wrist, her sleeve doesn't cover them up all the way ;___;
I don’t know why Disney World was in a hurry to open “Tiana’s Bayou Adventure”, when it’s not an adventure at all! Disney World should of taken their sweet ol’ time to first pick out scenes with Dr. Facilier in the movie to spice up this ride, and have a real storyline to see Tiana’s adventure. I hope that here in California, Disneyland will take their time to do a much better version of Tiana’s Bayou Adventure than Disney World.
This is priceless, funny, and thank you for doing this, for all us Splash Mountain lovers. "Tiana's Bordom catastrophe", is trash, and for me and all my colleagues that put so much love, joy, caring, compassion, and love for all people, animals, music, and life, into the original Splash Mountain, when we created it, this made me laugh, during me, being the most heartbroken of Disney Artists. Thank you, again! for finding the laughter, in this terrible fiasco garbage.
From the ride footage I honestly think it looks like a cute ride. Is it better than splash mountain? Heck no. It screams budget cuts and development rushes. But like hey, it’s still splash mountain, just with different scenes. The animatronics are great and there are more of them in here than most modern Disney rides. The music slaps, of course. It’s far from perfect but idk it looks kind of charming
I agree with you that the animatronics and music carry the ride. I also really appreciate the rides relaxing vibe, and for whatever the timeframe and budget was, the imagineers did the best that they could.
Yea. The Animatronics look amazing even in some other videos the first and last Louis animatronics seem to sometimes not work correctly. The first one's eyes and mouth stopped working in some videos and the last one randomly froze on a different video. I just wish they made the smaller animals blink 😭 it makes my eyes dry just watching them not blink. But tbh... I think the ride could of been better... I don't even think they actually fixed the ride.. like the mountain itself I mean. Splash was always shutting down and from what people are saying, this ride is doing the same thing. Hope they fix it.
Look, as someone who’s seen Song of the South a total of 8 times on a possibly illegal site within the past month I can confirm that the movie is racist, but the ride isn’t and even so there are loads of other Disney movies that are racist too, I found myself being more disturbed watching Peter Pan’s portrayal of Indigenous people and the crows in Dumbo than I did watching Song of the South. And if Disney really demands to get rid of Splash Mountain then going by that logic they also need to get rid of Peter Pan’s Flight, the Dumbo spinner ride thing (I forgot the actual name of the ride I think it’s “Dumbo The Flying Elephant” but I’m not actually sure) and more in the parks. It’s honestly infuriating that they got rid of such an amazing, iconic and enjoyable ride and replaced it with a half-assed, empty, dead-space-filled, soulless excuse for a ride. Disney really dropped the ball with this one, I’m so glad it’s still in Tokyo
Look this ride really does have potential but it has way too much dead space. It would have been better for Disney to have just extended the opening date of this ride and add more than take it out early and give people this.
That last huge scene wasn't at a restaurant, it was at Tiana and Naveen's house, like the signs say. (still will never compete with the old Zip-A-Dee-Doo-Dah ending)

I wish the ride had darker themes... the orginal ride had the main character tied up afraid of being boiled alive but this is just about going to a party.. it should of been a ride that was themed around the movie so the shadow man could of been a villain.
Why does Tiana talk to us like where a bunch of toddlers ???
I DON’T KNOW BUT IT’S AWFUL 😭
it seems like it was meant to be geared towards younger kids, which obviously doesnt work when splash mountain was meant to be a thrill ride, not some kiddy one.
I dunno'.
Maybe it's because judging by your opinionated attitudes? you Splash Mountain fanboys sure act like em' lol.
Ugh...what an epic fail and a waste...Splash Mountain should make a comeback instead of this monstrosity. They could have made it better.
Agree 100%
The high rez "screens", really get me...could we not get 2 nickels to rub together for some more robot figures?
“Tiana’s Boring Adventure”
Imagine if this was the MOVIE sequel instead!🤣🤣
I JUST WANT NAVEEN, EVEN HE DIDN'T MAKE THE CUT.
Nice edit!
3:29 AHHHHH SCREENS!
😂😭
You can see it better in other ride-throughs, but the Tiana at 2:25 has her wires and mechanics exposed at her wrist, her sleeve doesn't cover them up all the way ;___;
I don’t know why Disney World was in a hurry to open “Tiana’s Bayou Adventure”, when it’s not an adventure at all!
Nah, I would've taken a Disney Dinosaur (2000) ride over both this and Splash Mountain anyday since Splash Mountain to me has a sucky fanbase lol.
Amazing
Wow the long parts where nothing happens in the dark are super exciting. I also love the sparse animatronics and random screens.
1:55 GET OUT ME SWAMP 😡
1:52 had me laughing, hahaha!
And for 2:11, I think you mean 3-5 business days without Amazon Prime shipping. Lol! I like the ambient noise though.
Sad replacement!
this ride is like a lot of ps2 or wii videogame npc's
Special spice:(
Sounds so horrible
Zip a dee doo dah
Sounds so happy:)
Rip splash
I really like this video! Well done honey
Guys let's hope Disney learns from their mistakes and makes the Disneyland one betyet
you think Disney learns these days? it's not happening
Whatever, I still love Disney no matter what you lousy hypocrites say, so butt out of my life already.
Just want to make clear not hating on your opinion just stating mine. The video made me crack up lol.
Hope they fix it.
only thing I liked was the end banner with the nod to walt’s opening day speech.

Disney's Bayou Simulator
1:56 Shrek that you?
3:31 Oh gosh no
3:50 what happened to my boys?
"If you found your laughing place, how come you ain't laughing?"
@@louiswright8282I ain’t laughing no more since they messed up my boys with a paper with a iPad version 5 over it
Oh you'll get over it lmao.
Ive watched the pov like 30 times, none of the songs are sticking except the final song. I just sit there waiting for people to say something. :/
Maybe we can think about this as an inside job. The imagineers did a “great” job to bring down the rat empire from the inside? #heroes ?
That last huge scene wasn't at a restaurant, it was at Tiana and Naveen's house, like the signs say. (still will never compete with the old Zip-A-Dee-Doo-Dah ending)
It’s sad to see Disney think more about their shareholders and stocks than their park guests 😢
armadillo bro givin you the side-eye
who the heck is supposed to be singing in the old laughing place?? Its just some guy with a weird accent
ps... its lego mans other channel :)
Exactly!! Like are the frogs singing because their mouths aren’t moving? WHO EVEN IS THAT?!? 😂
Your editing is so funny😂
