If you hadn't pointed it out, few,few would had noticed it , really sound colour scheme inside and out. Figures are going to look bang on for the anime look. And bloody well done for scratch building the base/building, lots of folk would have went bought ready made stuff! p.s. everyone the piggy is called Hans, which rhymes with Ham......Ham+mustard +black pepper +Hobgoblin Beer=Belly Happiness! 🐷😻👍🍺😻🐷
It’s an absolute joy of a build and like I said in the video it definitely does not disappoint 👌 hoping that the next video will be on the channel by the end of this week 👍 that sounds like a banging sandwich 🥓👍 take it steady 🙏
Well hell.. forget my thoughts on the electrics from part 2! I didn't even notice the switch until you pointed it out Luke! Lovely job! The figure looks great.. but (and I know I'll regret asking) why is there a flying pig? *lol* Re the extra bits for a diorama. I emailed Hornby a while back, because it occurred to me that dioramas always look too clean; especially in the 1940s and earlier there would be more horses in daily use so more *ahem* detritus.. from them. Nobody seems to do scale pooh, for want of a better phrase, or a model of a guy shovelling it up to sell or for fertiliser. Especially in a farm / barn scene I think a bit of horse wotsit could add even more realism :)
Next video should be released early part of next week where attention will be switched to the base, tricky thing will be balancing an element of realism whilst being sympathetic to the aesthetic of the game…….thanks for watching and commenting mate 👍

Did you give any thought on lining under the engine deck with bare metal foil? Just a thought to boost the reflection inside. Loving the build so far!
