सर नमस्ते आपने बहुत अच्छा बताया मुझे ताऊजी के लड़के ने बातो में फसाकर अशोका लीलैंड DOST गाड़ी दिलवाई थी जिसके डाउन पेमेंट 122000 देने थे लेकिन मेरे पास 60000 लेकर शोरूम वालो ने गाड़ी दे दी RTO के पैसे बाद में जमा करवाये ओर मेने वो गाड़ी 1000 रुपये रोज़ाना के हिसाब से ताऊजी के लड़के को भाड़े से दे दी मेरे पास अग्रीमेंट है लेकिन वो कभी पैसे देता कभी नही देता किस्तें चुकाना मुझे बहुत भारी पड़ गया हर बार किस्तें LATE जमा होती 4 किस्तें DUE हो गयी तो वो गाड़ी मेने दूसरी पार्टी को बेच दी उस पार्टी ने बैंक में बात करके 2 किस्तजमा करवा दी ओर बकाया 2 किस्त के लिए बैंक से15 दिन का टाइम मांगा बैंक ने OK किया लेकिन गाड़ी को रिकवरी वालो ने पकड़ लिया उस पार्टी ने ओर मेने बैंक के बहुत चक्कर लगाए उसका बकाया किस्त जो 2 due थी पकड़ने का चार्ज सब पार्टी देने को तैयार थीं लेकिन गाड़ी नही दी बैंक वाले जिद पकड़कर बैठ गए कि गाड़ी का पूरा पैसा जमा करवाओ FOR CLOSE करो गाड़ी बैंक ने ले ली 122000 डाउन पेमेंट 60000 गाड़ी की बॉडी बनवाई 113000 किस्त दे दी 12595×9 3 लाख तो ये गया किस्त कर्ज करके भरी वो भी कर्ज चढ़ गया 60000 RTO के नंबर के लिए भी कर्ज लिया गाड़ी की बॉडी के लिए भी कर्ज किया वो भी गया लोगो के पैसे अभी तक चुका रहा हूं और बैंक वालो ने मेरे सिविल में 353000 बकाया लिख रखा है में बैंक में गया तो वो बोलते हैं पैसा चुकाओ मेरे कुछ समझ मे नही आ रहा में क्या करूँ आपकी वीडियो अच्छी लगी कृपया मेरी इस परेशानी का हल बताये में बहुत परेशान हु लोगों के पैसे समय पर नही चुका पा रहा तो बैंक को पैसा कहा से दु 10000 की नोकरी करके बच्चो को पालू या ओर कर्ज करके बैंक को दु बैंक का नाम है इंदुजा फाइनेंस राजापार्क जयपुर

सर नमस्कार.... मेरे पिताजी ने एक पियाजियो 3 व्हीलर मई 2018 मे हिंदुजा फिनाँन्स से खरीदी जिसकी किस्त लगातार बिन फेल किये हुए मई 2019 जमा की चाचा के डेथ के बाद मेरे पिताजी ने जुलाई 2019 को गाड़ी सरेंडर कर दिया....खुद स्वेच्छा से...लेकीन सरेंडर गाड़ी बिकी या ना बिकी इसका कोई लेटर हमारे घर नही आया..गाड़ी सरेंडर किया था तो केवल 17000 KM चली थी और एक साल पुरानी गाड़ी थी...फरवरी 2019 मे किसी आँफिस के आदमी ने आँफलाईन बताया की आपकी गाड़ी अगस्त मे ही ब्रांच मैनेजर ने 1.80 लाख मे बेच दी....लेकीन उसने आपके लोन एकाउंट मे 35000 हजार डालकर और एक 53000 का चेक बाउंस करा कर..कंपनी की नजर मे डिफाल्टर घोसित कर दिया...जब फरवरी मे हमे ये बात पता चली तो हमने कंपनी के चेन्नई ब्रांच मे मेल किया जिसकी लिपपोती की गई की आपकी गाड़ी 35000 मे बेच दी गयी है और बैलेंस अमाँउंट 1.82 लाख आप जमा कीजिए और NOC मिल जायेगा फिर आप डिफाल्टर लिस्ट से हट जाईयेगा...सीबील आपकी ठीक हो जायेगी..... कंपनी ने कई गलती किये है..... 1) सरेंडर के बाद किसी तरह का लेटर मेरे घर पे नही आया..ना फोन आया...जबकी Address आज भी वही है । 2) एक साल पुरानी गाड़ी जिसका कभी कोई इंस्योरेंस क्लेम भी नही लिया गया था जो केवल 17000 KM चली थी..उसको बिना जानकारी के 35000 मे कैसे बेचा गया ।। 3) मान लेते है 35000 बेचा गया तो रेस्ट एमाउंट के लिए नोटिस क्यो नही आया.. 4) मेरे पिताजी गाड़ी सरेंडर के बाद आँफिस मे 5 बार गये लेकीन कोई ठोस जबाब नही दिया जाता था और कहाँ जाता रहा गया की आपका एकाउंट क्लोज है...NOC मिल जायेगा... 5) मेरे पिताजी को डिफाँलटर करने से पहले उनके लोन एकाउंट मे 35000 जमा किया गया था और एक 53000 का चेक बाउंस किया गया ...ये सारी चीजे सरेंडर के बाद हुई है....जिसकी जानकारी मुझे मेल के बाद मिली ..। 6) गा़डी सरेंडर करने के बाद और कंपनी के बेचने के बाद 8 महीने बाद भी गाडी़ मेरे पिताजी के नाम पे ही चल रहा है और इंस्योरेंस भी उन्ही के नाम पे अभी तक है ।। आपसे सलाह चाहिए की हमे क्या करना चाहिए...अगर आप अपना नंबर या मेल ID देंगे तो मै अपने केस की और भी जानकारी दे दुंगा...कृपया थोडी़ सहायता कीजिए...क्या हमलोग कोर्ट जा सकते है ।।।
Hi...I have three-four doubts...which you didn't cover.. . would you please help us with that. 1- can recovery people can come to the house address after one emi default. By rule for a bank like HDFC when the recovery agent will come to the address .( Not for the possession of the car . I heard they start coming home much before that...) 2- I also read somewhere bank recovery people can't do harassment on the phone or frequently visiting home.. especially when it's only a month or two months default in years. मेरे पिताजी ने एक पियाजियो 3 व्हीलर मई 2018 मे हिंदुजा फिनाँन्स से खरीदी जिसकी किस्त लगातार बिन फेल किये हुए मई 2019 जमा की चाचा के डेथ के बाद मेरे पिताजी ने जुलाई 2019 को गाड़ी सरेंडर कर दिया....खुद स्वेच्छा से...लेकीन सरेंडर गाड़ी बिकी या ना बिकी इसका कोई लेटर हमारे घर नही आया..गाड़ी सरेंडर किया था तो केवल 17000 KM चली थी और एक साल पुरानी गाड़ी थी...फरवरी 2019 मे किसी आँफिस के आदमी ने आँफलाईन बताया की आपकी गाड़ी अगस्त मे ही ब्रांच मैनेजर ने 1.80 लाख मे बेच दी....लेकीन उसने आपके लोन एकाउंट मे 35000 हजार डालकर और एक 53000 का चेक बाउंस करा कर..कंपनी की नजर मे डिफाल्टर घोसित कर दिया...जब फरवरी मे हमे ये बात पता चली तो हमने कंपनी के चेन्नई ब्रांच मे मेल किया जिसकी लिपपोती की गई की आपकी गाड़ी 35000 मे बेच दी गयी है और बैलेंस अमाँउंट 1.82 लाख आप जमा कीजिए और NOC मिल जायेगा फिर आप डिफाल्टर लिस्ट से हट जाईयेगा...सीबील आपकी ठीक हो जायेगी.....
कंपनी ने कई गलती किये है.....
1) सरेंडर के बाद किसी तरह का लेटर मेरे घर पे नही आया..ना फोन आया...जबकी Address आज भी वही है ।
2) एक साल पुरानी गाड़ी जिसका कभी कोई इंस्योरेंस क्लेम भी नही लिया गया था जो केवल 17000 KM चली थी..उसको बिना जानकारी के 35000 मे कैसे बेचा गया ।।
3) मान लेते है 35000 बेचा गया तो रेस्ट एमाउंट के लिए नोटिस क्यो नही आया..
4) मेरे पिताजी गाड़ी सरेंडर के बाद आँफिस मे 5 बार गये लेकीन कोई ठोस जबाब नही दिया जाता था और कहाँ जाता रहा गया की आपका एकाउंट क्लोज है...NOC मिल जायेगा...
5) मेरे पिताजी को डिफाँलटर करने से पहले उनके लोन एकाउंट मे 35000 जमा किया गया था और एक 53000 का चेक बाउंस किया गया ...ये सारी चीजे सरेंडर के बाद हुई है....जिसकी जानकारी मुझे मेल के बाद मिली ..।
6) गा़डी सरेंडर करने के बाद और कंपनी के बेचने के बाद 8 महीने बाद भी गाडी़ मेरे पिताजी के नाम पे ही चल रहा है और इंस्योरेंस भी उन्ही के नाम पे अभी तक है ।।
आपसे सलाह चाहिए की हमे क्या करना चाहिए...अगर आप अपना नंबर या मेल ID देंगे तो मै अपने केस की और भी जानकारी दे दुंगा...कृपया थोडी़ सहायता कीजिए...क्या हमलोग कोर्ट जा सकते है ।।।
Hi...I have three-four doubts...which you didn't cover.. . would you please help us with that.
1- can recovery people can come to the house address after one emi default. By rule for a bank like HDFC when the recovery agent will come to the address .( Not for the possession of the car . I heard they start coming home much before that...)
2- I also read somewhere bank recovery people can't do harassment on the phone or frequently visiting home.. especially when it's only a month or two months default in years. If they do where to complaint about them.
3- is this comes under police jurisdiction?

No they rarely come with three emi they come when 4-5 emi ...or they will catch you on road with app in phone
And yes they dont misbehav ..but when you misbehav aur gaali galoch then they will come to his aukat

Sir 2019 me maine ek car kharidi thi..kuchh time baad corona aa gya 5 mhine EMI nahi liya bank , ab mera EMI pura huaa jab mai bank gyi to vaha ke staff ne bataya ki jitna EMI aap de rhi thi uska doguna 5 mahina or dena prega …. Mai bohot presan hu please kuchh help kijiye EMI kam karane me….🙏🏻
