I noticed that you were reluctant to use the darker value for the hair, eye brows, irises, nostril and all core shadows. Is this by design to keep the overall tone lighter? Besides, it seems that you exaggerated the highlight on the nose. The highlight of the nose tip in the photo is softer and doesn’t jump out. Just my observation. Very nice drawing overall.
you mentioned you use generals 2b,4b and 6b for this drawing. But when I used it , those pencils were of almost same tone. Like 2b was near dark as 6b. How your 2b is so light? Please help 😭. It's reducing my confidence. I am stuck before I am even started.

I love your art and videos, however there is a really small issue. Your voice is really quiet, its really hard to hear you, even on max volume. Try wearing a mic, or something, because your explanations are really important for me, and probably for others.
i don t see the need of using a white pencil for highlights since light is a consequence of shadow in drawings but other than that it is a good lesson.

Excellent draftsman. I find the white shade not pleasing as the tone seems foreign to the greys.

It is because toned paper is being used as a mid-tone. Anything lighter than the mid-tone will need the white pencil :)
Not even close and not finished. You should not put 1/4 of a project. Please finish it otherwise I just wasted 34:26 minutes watching nothing....
