Hmm... I thought that RLT released fat from the fat tissues without actually killing the cells. I have seen commercial RLT centers that state fat is released with the application of RLT. IMO I don't think killing the fat cells is a good thing, it can lead to unevening of the surface of the skin. Personally, I have seen a reduction in fat around my abdomen after using RLT for over a year.

What about using the 660nm convoy S2 torch for spot treating which is about 500 MW/mc2 at its highest settings which is WAY above the intensity of a class 4 laser. It also has pulsing . Ps Lipomas tend to get larger with weight gain but don't normally shrink with weight loss. 17:39 18:21
Thanks for the research information Alex. I do wonder if the extra 400-500 calories of fat in the bloodstream can help with satiation when in a calorie restriction. I've noticed I don't eat nearly as much when I'm out in the sun and feel pretty satiated.

Alex, not sure if you’ve ever delved into the synergistic effects of pairing RLT with Methylene Blue, but I’ve been researching this for the last 2 months and there’s a lot of positive research out there showing this combination yielding amplified results.
Studies show that both RLT & Methylene Blue notably enhance each others benefits when paired together. MB penetrates our cells, specifically our mitochondria cells, and transports more oxygen and electrons, and RLT plays a huge role in this too.
I’ll be testing this myself next week when my MB order arrives and will dose with it whilst using my Rojo Refine 900.
Maybe be a good one for you to look into and do a video on your thoughts and findings.

Wow that sounds very interesting ... Would you please come back and let us know how it went? Do you think applying it topically, like say your stomach area after doing RL therapy would help or is the benefit only taking it orally?

Will using the mito mid using RL and NI on face 10min a day cause facial fat loss? I really wanted to see an opposite affect and am now questioning using it
MitoMid has 660nm and 850nm wavelengths. It doesn't have the 1060nm discussed in this video. So no, you shouldn't be worried about that.
I do not believe there is any scientific evidence of fat loss.
Red light therapy gices more energy and reduces recovery time. Both of these help make it easier to maintain weightloss. Also helps with fasting.
