    I’m so glad I found this channel! I’m korean American and have 3 bio kids, but recently have had such a pull in my heart for adopting a South Korean baby! These videos are just reaffirming that and encouraging me!

    Being asian, I struggled a lot with this too before we made it public. I wanted to make sure I protected my heart over listening to other people's opinions of what I should or shouldn't do. Thank you for sharing this!

      AllthingsbyKang being Asian definitely can add another layer to the complexities of adoption. So happy you listened to your heart and were able to make a decision true to you and your family.

    Hi Angelina, In life your personal
    decisions are purely that of you
    and your husband. In life it is best
    not to live up to the expections of
    others. Be it neighbours, friends
    or close family members. Bless
    your family.

    What a beautiful, selfless, admirable way to grow your family. I am sure your parents will come to love these children as you do. They are delightful. Anyone can have a baby. Only Gods chosen, become parents.

      Barbi Button thanks so much! We were fortunate to have our families come around 100%. I think it was first just getting over the initial shock we were adopting bc we never really discussed it with them before. They love our boys beyond words and we are truly grateful it all worked out❤️

    Hey. You guys are awesome. I'm a 30 yr old white woman who is still single and not close to marriage. I lived in Korea for 3 years. I have always had a huge heart for adoption. I have always known I want to adopt and hope my future husband will also feel the same. Since living in Korea, I've had a HUGE pull towards adopting Korean children. I know it'll be hard, but I am going to pray hard, prepare hard, and expect the best. :) Good for you! I'm so happy for your amazing family!

    Im married and living in korea, i would like to adopt but my husband is worried about the views of his family.

    • @bearandcubbie4238
      @bearandcubbie4238  5 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      I understand for sure. But what got me through it was that ultimately it is up to people who have the heart for adoption to help change the views and language surrounding it. I have had many opinions thrown my way but I truly would do it all over again for my boys. It is hard, but change can be hard sometimes:( It’s so wonderful that you are feeling a pull toward adoption. Whatever you decide, I wish you nothing but the best.

    • @SignSunshine
      @SignSunshine 5 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      @@bearandcubbie4238 yes if more and more people decide to adopt then attitudes will change. Im hoping that I can adopt as ive always wanted too since I was a child but I also want to respect the views of my family. I'm trying to introduce the idea to them slowly so they can think about it and accept the idea so hopefully itll be less of a shock to them if we decide to adopt in the future.

    • @bearandcubbie4238

      Sunni Thats so amazing you had a heart for adoption for so long. And I totally get it, respecting family views is definitely something important for sure. Whichever path you choose, it’ll be the right one❤️
