That’s a complete barber.Mastered Clipper work proper European style scissor work correct shape, weight and connection. Before it’s was about the fades now the scissor work just as equal.
I’ve only been barbering 4 months and took 7 month off. I miss it now I want to get right back into it. This video is a example of where consistency gets you !

Brov, you said that -2 is extremely cold for you. In my part in Russia -2 is pretty warm.Sometimes in winter the temperature could be below -35 or even less than -40!Of course we don't leave our houses when the temperature is less than -30 because it's realy cold even for Russians).Kids are waiting for the frost to skip the school and then go play outside.Great cut,THNQ!

It depends what you consider a busy barbershop, how many people you cut per day? 30-40 clients?
yeah if u work none stop u cant give 40 minutes for a skin fade bro . I think number 4 and 3 is extra dont need to use it u still blend it so no point number 3-4
It really depends on the barber. I do haircuts like this in 20-30mins and my appointments are booked for 30mins slots. Some barbers cut quicker and others slower. It doesn’t really matter as long as the clients is happy and the price it’s right. The haircut in this video can be done in 20mins easily with the right system in place.

Or you charge more for the people who want a higher class of cut. charge per time. and let clients pick time and take more care and time during that time. more they pay more service. that would be my model of business. Steve harveys barber was making 6-10k a month just cutting steve harveys hair.
