About 7k for a 25 HP and 8K and up for a 36 HP. Stage upgrades are not necessary, but they increase the HP significantly. Stage 1 = 1,500; Stage 2 = 3,000; Stage 3 = 3,500

Only thing about the motor if you get wrapped up in lilies you ina bind bc the prop only spins one way
Hi Trey, you can trim the motor out of the water and engage the clutch and throw all the lilies off and then go.
