Dang, I can't wait to try these. Did you know Neil, after chopping the top off the green onions you can put the root end in a cup with a little water and they will grow back? Put the cup in a warm sunny spot and in a week or so........bam.

What about bacon grease instead of beef tallow? In a pinch or just because you don’t have tallow. I am going to implement this one. Usually I do smash potatoes in butter but with a few dry seasoning, but this makes sense as a proper side dish for steak night!!!

Pretty impressed for this electric but commercial grade griddle. Still burns the heck out of me that I can't have an outdoors griddle running off propane in my apartment complex.
Yeah we get a ton of subscribers that say they can not wait to move and have the ability to cook on a griddle outdoors...they find ways to scratch the itch..but never stops wanting the gas one

Absolutely....cut if half and get more out of them...
You can also make a small brine and roll the clean potatoes in it, then put in oven. The salt will leave a nice salty taste.

Never seen you cook on a ss griddle. I added the little griddle to my gas grill.am I missing out because I didn't have a Blackstone type.
I haven’t had one yet...those days were in the Navy...maybe I will find one this year to play around with
