Honestly they change every time there is a new game release due to compatibility issues.
Right now I have quite a few installed - Pippi, Creative, Improved Quality of Life, Arena Pier, Better Thralls, Beyond Decor, etc.
I go into Steam workshop, and filter by "best of all time" and select most 5 stars, then look in game to see which are still compatible.
